Our experience with Kings of Cheshunt has been very good, our agent Dan and manager Sam have been very professional dealing with the sale of our property. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Cheshunt Group is the worse ever they lie about there buyers my experience with them and now reading all the reviews they are the lowest of the low for estate agent. PLEASE DONT USE THEM THEY LIE AND WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR CHANCE OF SELLING YOUR HOME.

Kings group is the worst kind of economic crap-theft. No help at all from their socalled customerservice. And the game 'State Of Survival' is full of bugs which they never clean at all. Their socalled customer-service is just a FORPULET robot.
SO: DO NOT USE MONEY ON THIS SCAM-GAME AT ALL, NEVER USE MONEY GIVING THEM TO THIEFS!!!

While Kings did a reasonable job in finding a buyer after the first buyer dropped out, the whole process was very slow mostly I believe caused by the buyers conveyancers but it may be the conveyancers that Kings recommended we use, for which they receive an introduction fee no mention of which is made by Kings.

Be very wary and stay right away as far as possible from the CHESHUNT BRANCH or any of this companies branches!

I entered a tenancy agreement remotely due to Covid I had only seen a video of it. I was abroad at the time on holiday. As soon as I came back to U.K. and off my flight, I went to the branch to collect the keys. The staff member I had been dealing with put a precondition upon me to release the flat keys to me, I had to sign a document. Upon reading the document, I absorbed it reading that I had seen the property and accept its condition and of course at this point, this was not the case. I immediately raised it with the same staff member that I’d been dealing with. She assured me that she had been to the flat and it was all cleaned and In order. Whilst I was on holiday, this staff member had notified me that she also was travelling on holiday to the same destination I holidayed at and I was quite helpful to her with plenty of advice and recommendations. I put my faith in her and I very much regret having done so.

When I went to the flat, it hadn’t had an end of tenancy clean. The flat was very very dirty. I called the same staff member and she said she would take care of it. It took a week for cleaners to undertake the task, during which I could not move in but I had paid rent in advance for the time. The cleaners did not clean the top part of the oven, they said they don’t as policy due to the electric grill element can be damaged. It took Kings 3 months to clean the oven, I was unable to cook food and spent much money on take out foods. During this time, I even had to stay away from the flat due to the oven being so dirty, a chicken I tried to cook, set off the fire alarm and smoked out the entire block, from the immense grease at the top of the oven.

When I finally cited that I’d like a credit for the time I was not able to occupy the flat due to lack of cleaning and myself having to wait for cleaners (a week) and some form of credit for the extra expense of take out foods etc. They cited that I signed a disclaimer that says the property was in good order, despite email evidence of communications to the contrary.

To my dismay and total near disbelief, it became apparent to me that, the staff member whom I had been dealing with and whom did this was actually the Lettings branch manager!

As a result of this, I totally lost faith in Kings and to date I’ve not been able to create a nest a comfortable home and invest in furniture or commit to this

To add salt to injury, Kings on numerous occasions have told me that the oven was working. I am a health and safety consultant and I close down businesses that have less hygiene

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS AND EXPECT RENT EVERY MONTH, THEY LEFT ME WITH NO HEATING AND GAS FOR 3 DAYS MY KIDS WAS SO COLD AND THEY NEVER APOLOGISE YOU HAVE TO CHASE THEM FOR EVERYTHING, AND THEY ALSO HAVE THERE INSPECTIONS LIKE EVERY OTHER MONTH TO BE NOSEY THEY DON'T FIX EVERYTHING THATS REPORTED DOESN'T GET FIXED AND HAS TO BE CHASED 24/7 WITH NO CALL BACK. REMEMBER TO ALWAYS EMAIL TO HAVE EVIDENCE THEY WILL ALSO TRY TO STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT AND SAY DAMAGES !! THE PROPERTY WILL NEVER BE YOUR HOME. DON'T PUT YOURSELF IN THIS STRESS ITS NOT WROTH IT,

I RENTED A STUDIO FLAT IN WHITE HART LANE FROM KINGS GROUP TOTTENHAM 6TH OF FEBRUARY 2020 AND NOW THINKING THE WORST 12 MONTH'S OF MY LIFE IS BEHIND ME HERE COMES A £1279 CLAIMS OF DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY FLOORING AND FOR CLEANING SERVICES. THIS WAS THE SAME PROPERTY THAT HAD NO TOILET DOOR AND HEATER PLUS RAIN WATER LEAKAGE FROM WINDOWS AND WALLS THAT DAMAGED THE WHOLE PROPERTY YET INSTEAD OF APOLOGISING FOR THE NIGHTMARE I WENT THROUGH FOR THE PAST 12 MONTH KINGS GROUP ARE ON THE SIDE OF OF THE HYENA LIKE LANDLADY WHO'S ONLY AIM IS TO SCAMM ME OF ONE LAST PAYDAY. SHE HAS CLEARLY NOT DONE ANYTHING ABOUT THE FLOORING BECAUSE MY COUSIN AND HIS WIFE LIVE 2 DOORS AWAY FROM THE PROPERTY AND THE PROPERTY WINDOW HAS NO CURTAINS MAKING IT CLEAR FOR ALL TO SEE THAT NEW FLOORING WAS NEVER LAID IN THE PROPERTY. THIS IS SCAMM AND FRAUD TO TAKE MONEY THAT YOU CLEARLY HAS NOT SPEND ON THE PROPERTY AND PRODUCE A FAKE INVOICE IN THE PROCESS. ON THE INVOICE IT SAYS CLEANING WAS DONE 5TH OF FEBRUARY AND FLOORING WAS DONE 15TH OF FEBRUARY?? TODAY IS 3RD OF MARCH AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND SHE IS CLEARLY WAITING THAT SUM OF MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT SHAMELSS THIEFES AVOID KINGS GROUP TOTTEMHAM.

Review of Kings Letting Agency Enfield Town
I’m giving Kings Letting Agency only 4 stars instead of 5. We rented our flat in Enfield for a number of years and found the agent able to achieve a decent rent, found traders when we needed repairs, sorted out the gas inspections and generally looked after the invoicing & documentation to an acceptable level. There are 2 things that let them down after we decided to sell the flat for reasons not associated with Kings. We had agreed a refund arrangement of the tenancy agreement set-up costs with Kings if/when the tenant moved out of the flat before the expiry of their years contract to buy their own home. We had agreed this with the tenant & Kings before the beginning of their tenancy. There was some unseemly retraction of this arrangement, when we came to sell the flat, until Kings realised that we had an e-mail from them, agreeing to this. Also, the tenants left some rubbish and we claimed the cost of a removal company to take it away. It took Kings 2 months to get our money back from TDS, despite paying for the removal ourselves and repeated requests for a payment out of the tenant’s deposit.

Kings Group cannot be trusted by Landlords period!!
As a landlord I had so many issues with Kings too long to write here, some were quite shocking! I wrote a lot of complaints letter to the Chairman and tried to speak with senior management without any progress whatsoever. I have let my property out myself since 10 years ago last 3 myself I had to do contract deposit everything myself, had no issues whatsoever. Money I wasted on Kings wish I never did. Had tenants in whilst with Kings with rent guarantee but never managed to get a penny back when tenant stop paying rent and rent guarantee is a scam too. Items stolen and damaged in my property Kings could not claim a penny back also when I went back I found out other items missing from check in inventory as well which was not claimed for too. They have no idea how to manage a property I could do a much better job doing it myself. I wish they listed to all my complaints for years but no effort made to improve. I guess only thing is they good at is they are cheap but I doubt others who are lot more expensive would have done a better job, looks like poor service is standard with these agencies. I would like a response from Kings to see if they changed in the last 3 years?

Had a terrible landlord and they let them get away with it and even tried to discourage us from getting our deposit back by going to the tenant deposit scheme even though the landlord was falsely claiming that we had damaged the property without proof!

It seems to be all about getting you to sign the contract and getting paid. The agent nor the landlord didn't even know that what items were in the garden at the property. There seems to be quite a bit of staff turnover too so clearly it's not a good experience for employees either!

If only they would vet their landlords even half as thoroughly as they do their tenants...

If you want bad service and your time to be wasted go to kings group Enfield if you want good service and to save time look elsewhere.

The worst possible agency ever. Whatever could be wrong was wrong. Ceiling collapsed on my child, they didn't help, say sorry anything. They wanted money for demaged property didn't get it. I was studying postgraduate, Data Analytics degree, didn't have a time to deal with this properly till later. Ceiling collapsed in the garden, the same. I have complained about electricity problem downstairs, didn't fix anything for 3 years. Luckily DPS exists, I got my money. Whoever speak with me I say: Don't do that! Love your life? Don't ruin itself with this company. I am Data Scientist and if I would deal with the data as bad as they deal with properties my business would be bankrupt within weeks.
