Quick and easy delivery service, took about 4 hours to build with 2 men but quite straight forward. 3year old loves it and plenty of storage under the bed also

The bed is easy to put together and very comfortable for my son

Excellent service and very fast delivery. The person who delivered the bed was on time and assembly was quick and efficient.

Great service, great product. A very happy 6 year old with his desk bed! 😊

Fab company, ordered on the Sunday and was with us by Wednesday. Had 1 small issue with the bed which was resolved quickly and professionally. Would recommend

Great offer on gaming cabin bed, communication was really strong from start to finish and the fitter was knowledgeable on the product, where best to locate and constructed it in a really timely manner.
He then also followed up showing me the strength of the bed and took away all of the packaging leaving the room as tidy as he found it.

Great service from start to finish. Delivery guide was accurate and as described including a two hour slot and a call from the driver to let us know when he would arrive. We put the bed together ourselves and although it is time consuming and a two man job it is feasible if you cannot afford the charges for the company to do this for you. We are not great DIYers but the instructions were fairly straightforward and the bed feels very solid and sturdy.

Really happy with our little boys new bed, loads of space saving features, he loves it!

Fairly easy to put together and arrived quickly in on time.

Thank you!

I recently ordered a space saver cot it is absolutely amazing I would definitely recommend any one buying one

Would highly recommend.
Very efficient given date when bed would be delivered came exactly the time l was given (only given a very short 2 hr window that it would arrive in so no having to hang around waiting all day)
I had my bed made by company who were excellent, very respectful and courteous. Delighted with product very good quality and looks amazing my daughter is delighted with her new bed.

Great experience from start to finish. Reasonable prices and great quality. Two happy little boys with their new bunk beds :)

Ordered gaming high sleeper bed. Good competitive price and excellent service. We were kept fully informed of order progress and delivery date. Highly recommend.

Good quality bed, the installation not so good quality. We payed for the installation service. We had a freshly decorated room which now has dents in the wall. The bed has screws and parts not installed quite correctly.
The installation team built the bed then said they could not move it into position as it was too heavy so we had to ourselves.
All in all happy with the bed but installation could have been better.

Very happy with Kidsbedsonline purchase. The ladies in the service centre were wonderfully helpful, and the two guys who came to fit the bed couldn’t have been nicer. The bed itself has been a great success, really good quality and exactly what we were looking for.

Excellent service from start to finish from order to delivery kept updated every step of the way. Fab job :)

Really prompt helpful service. Answered questions straight away on ordering.
Bed put up in tight space. Looks really good and great quality.

I used the assembly service but the installation isn’t very nice. The beds are very squeaky and the cabinet’s doors are not straight. Also, the drawer’s handle detached which I need to glue it

Great service from start to finish. They let me change the delivery date with no issue. The product is high quality and although it's the usual faff with building flat pack furniture it was actually pretty straightforward.

Easy purchase, great delivery booking arrangement. Bed lovely quality, very solid. Took 2 guys about 5 hours to put together but the bed was a complex gaming bed so that was expected. Looks fab!

The bed itself is great and was easy to put together.

The delivery service from the supplier wasn't so good. Tedious method of them giving a provisional date which you had to confirm whether or not is convenient. Despite me declining the first time and saying I couldn't do Mon-Wed deliveries due to work commitments, they then gave me 2 further dates which fell on a Mon/Tues/Wed. I did ask for a call to arrange a date over the phone rather than the backwards and forwards of emails but they never called.

On the delivery day, the bed arrived over a hour after the allocated delivery slot. I appreciate there are factors due to traffic etc which are outside their control, but it was frustrating to not even have a courtesy call to say they were running late. I did call the office who said she would get the driver to call me, but the didn't.
