I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Ordered 2 vipack beds the beginning of November. Beds have not arrived. Have been on the phone to customer service several times. Every time been given a different excuse. Asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded. Still have not been refunded after asking in December. Will now try to get refunded through credit card company. Would not recommend to anyone.

Only because I can’t give 0, appalling, waiting nearly a year for a bed with excuse after excuse for non delivery, requested refund 2 months ago still nothing, their telephone queue “answered in strict rotation” is obviously used to filter out customers that they have scammed as in the early days our calls were picked up almost instantly, then I guess as we continued to chase we were left for well over an hour with no answer on all occasions

Website all seems great as do prices and only realising now this is all deliberate. After 2 weeks of waiting for a bed that states delivery in 7-10 days I called up, no answer phone and you are left to ring for up to 10 mins. Answered call eventually and could hear personal phone calls in the background and children. Over a series of phone calls over the next 4 weeks I was given different excuses as to why my order wasnt with me, then told I need to speak to 'Chris ' but he's in a meeting till 1 and he'll call me back - still waiting for that return call 1 week later. Given up and after reading all other reviews have reported as a scam to my bank and got my money back through them. Do not use or trust these people.

This place is a scam! Do not buy from them. Ordered several beds 2 months ago and despite a few calls with them where they said a delivery partner will be in contact I still have not received anything and can not get through on their contact number

Terrible customer service service and very very slow delivery times.

I ordered a bed in January and here I am in August, having now received a section 75 refund through my credit card company as kidsbeds did not ship a bed nor did they refund me directly. At the start the communication was good but then the delays and excuses crept in, emails went unanswered as did phone calls and then eventually the phone lines stopped working. My credit card company were great and refunded me, otherwise I would have lost my money. Luckily I hadn't got rid of my son's old bed so he still had a bed over this period.

Beds ordered, money paid, delivery date provided.
Delivery date came and went without beds or contact.
Contacted both by phone and e-mail. No response ever received. Used credit card to refund the payment.
Avoid. I wouldn't have a problem with a long lead time, but not to update the customer or return their contact is unforgivable.

Avoid this company. Terrible experience. Ordered a bed in early January with a stated delivery period of 5-7 days. Initially chased by email after 2 weeks of hearing nothing. Had to chase for a response to my email. Was then told they'd look into it. Heard nothing back. Phoned them to be told the bed was in fact out of stock and they were waiting for a shipment due in March. Shipment never arrived. Told it would be April. Never arrived. Gave up and asked for a refund. It's now almost June and I'm having to pursue the refund via my credit card company. Throughout the whole period they have consistently failed to return any of the calls they said they would and have had the audacity to tell me that my custom is really valued.

HORRENDOUS COMPANY… I am honestly so upset that this company even exists and I wish I had researched them before. Beds I ordered were discontinued without being told, the beds they told me they could deliver in days took 2 months and when the bunkbeds finally arrived (and I no longer had beds for my kids) pieces were missing so we couldn’t build them so my kids will be sleeping on mattresses tonight.

DO NOT USE THIS PAIR OF CLOWNS! Worst company i've had to deal with.... Mark and Sarah Moore are clearly in over there heads an dont know how to manage a drop shipping company. They take your money with know idea of stock. They fail to refund you even when asked and try and make you wait.

Absolutely disgusting rip off company.
Ordered a bed end of January with an expected delivery date of up to 10 days. Followed up with them after nearly three weeks and got told it's on back order end of March. Then got a date for mid April, now being told first week of June. They don't respond to emails, they fob you off with BS constantly. Like other reviews here I'll be taking this to reading standards also. Now got to try to get my money back.
My son has now gotten sued to sleeping in our bed which as many parents will know, it's a big challenge to get them into their own bed.

Kidsbeds.co.uk is the worst e-tailer I have had the misfortune to deal with. Ordered a bed on 13 Dec 2024, didn't arrive. When I called I was fobbed off and repeatedly told by "Chris" they were waiting for a part and the bed would be delivered shortly. These promises were broken. The bed never arrived, and coming up to five months later I asked for a refund (I couldn't face the chance that I had been scammed hence it taking my five months). Eventually, after chasing and threatening to bring a small claim, I received a refund. I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. Good luck if you have placed an order and are reading these reviews after the event.

FRAUDULENT - AVOID THIS COMPANY

Purchase made on 11th February. Now 2 months later and no delivery. When you can get through you are fobbed off that it'll be sorted in the next few days which it never is.

Ordered a bed at the start of January, they took our money, and haven’t delivered the bed. We’ve sent 7 emails over the past 6 weeks and only had 2 replies, neither of which give any detail about when we’ll receive our order. The last one said their courier would be in touch within a couple days, they lied.

DO NOT order through this company.

Needless to say we’ll be completing a Trading Standards report when this is all finished so we can provide full evidence of the scam this company are peddling.

I can’t believe anyone would think it’s acceptable to run a business like this. I’ve resorted to writing a review so see if they’ll take any notice about the fact that they’ve taken our money 3 months ago and not delivered the product.

If I could give this company zero star If I could give zero stars I certainly would. Absolutely abysmal company. Delivery in 5-7 days... Still waiting over 2 months later. Spoke to them on the phone a couple of times and it's always false promises that they will get back to us. Cancelled order then they proceed to offer us something at cost price. Still no money back and even told them that I think they're a scam. Hopefully the bank will be able to get our money back from them.

Absolute nightmare! Delivery does not arrive, customer service is horrendous, noone calls back, noone has answers! Im still waiting for my bed to arrive and they have my money! Do not order from them!

Not a scam, but they definitely make you think it is.
I ordered a bed back in mid December, it didn't arrive as advertised . By the end of January, after emails being ignored and generally being fobbed off when I did get through on phone, I started to think the worst. However, I cancelled the order on the phone and after declining the offer for a different bed, I was told my refund would be with me within 7 working days. I was sceptical to say the least, however, albeit 12 working days later, I have actually had my refund.
Personally, I think they either don't have or can't get the stock, and just stretch out telling you that to give themselves a chance at fulfilling the order.
I wouldn't recommend this company, but not a scam and up to you if you want to chance it.

Great experience from start to finish!

Second purchase here and to after shopping around on the internet I got the best price here. Delivery was good and communication from kids beds was fine also, as I received email and test message updates.

Can’t comment on overall product too much as I’ve still got to put it together over the weekend ;-) Will come back soon as I need another kids single from them!

Haven't delivered, haven't refunded.

Company is in financial difficulties and are very disfuntional. Do not expect to receive the order, do not expect a refund without having to do a charge back.

Will contact the banks. Useless company.

Ordered in Oct 24th 2024 and money taken for a bed and matress. Was delivered Saturday 21st Dec 2024. Had to chase them the whole way (the final deliver using courier was plagued by issues) cannot believe it's this difficult. They are clearly taking order for products they do not have, nor can get easily. Customers beware.
