Good communication and a far more personable service than you would get from national chains offering same products. Will be using this local business all the time when required going forward.

Customer service
I made an order for 2 door's, A/B was very comnutitive. But after he'd gone on holiday, little was done. I had to email numerous times. Eventually, I phoned and spoke to Stephen , who dealt with my issue very efficiently. He sorted it and I got my door's delivered the next morning. However, there didn't seem to be anything Stephen had to work with about my order, apart from my word. I work in retail, and it's always appreciated if someone goes the extra mile. Thank you Alan and Stephen.
