Item has still not been delivered
I originally gave a 1star review as item was not delivered but this was due to royal mail losing the package and not the companies fault. After seeing the review the company reached out to me and sent the missing item next day before 10am so I can not fault the service and now changed to a 5 star review.

T-Mex insist they have sent correct size.... Why would Manufacturer stamp water fitting product 1 and a half inch and T-Mex sell it as 1 and a quarter. Product totally wrong size from what we purchased!
Totally unhelpful.

Antwort von T-mex Express
Thank you for your review. The marking you have referred to actually confirms that the correct fitting was supplied.
BSP thread sizes are nominal sizes and are not determined by physically measuring the outside diameter of the thread.
We did try to explain this, but unfortunately there appears to have been some confusion over how BSP thread sizes are specified. Nevertheless, thank you for your feedback.
