Ordered something for my little girl and, when it arrived, it wasn't as described on the box. I rang the helpline and spoke to someone who didn't speak very good English and didn't know what she was doing and didn't understand my query - she could have been new, however, if she was then she wasn't very well trained. After an agonising 5 minutes I asked for an e-mail address instead. She then had a chat with her co-worker, enquiring as to what K&Co's e-mail address was. She then gave me what she thought was the e-mail address. I then e-mailed K&Co and got a bounce back to tell me that the e-mail address didn't exist! I then rang back and spoke to another person who also didn't have a clue what I was asking and couldn't answer my query. Basically, the item description said I should have received three of something in the box and I only received two. My query was should there actually be three in the box or is the item description incorrect online. The person I spoke to the second time decided to order me another of the item to see if it came with three in the box. The plan was to deliver another on the Tuesday (approximately four days later) and collect the other incorrect parcel at the same time. Nope, the new parcel was delivered the day after my phone call and the incorrect item wasn't collected. The new item was also not as described so I now had two incorrect items to return and still had no idea whether the description was incorrect online or whether I was being sent the wrong thing! I tracked down an e-mail address and e-mailed K&Co. I received a tracking number etc and kept getting told my query was being looked into and was being passed to relevant departments etc. The reply e-mails addressed me by my surname - charming. I eventually received a response days later (meanwhile someone randomly turned up at my house and took the parcels away when my husband was home - no receipt was left). The email I finally received stated that the item description online was incorrect and they'd change it. No mention of them refunding my account or offering me the item at a discounted price, no mention of them having received the items back. I was dismissed. I bet I'd have got a quicker response if I hadn't paid their bill on time!
I won't order from K&Co again because their customer service is really poor. There is no personalisation and I was treated as just another number. I'm fully trained in customer service - maybe I should work for K&Co and show them how its done properly.

I have been using the catalogues' for 40 years as an agent and customer and have to say have seen the quality of products go down and they say you get 14 days approval before you buy but you don't order item October 17 received statement 30 October and have to make 4 weeks payment hows that work also customer accounts closed because they had zero balance told had 2 months before it would be closed but soon as received letter phoned to order but told already closed and now even accounts that are still running they can not order fed up with having to phone to sort out problems with there account as well lets see what happens with the order i have put in on Friday for a customer

Disgraceful service with no satisfactory solution
Having ordered a coat which was due for delivery a couple of days later I was upset to find it didn't arrive. I contacted customer services who passed on my complaint to an "expert" who informed me a further few days later that my order would be with me by the 24 Oct. 24th came and went and still no coat. I contacted customer services again who simply told me "its been lost in transit I've cancelled your order, if you want it reorder again". For something which is clearly not my fault this level of response is unacceptable. No form of compensation offered (like a discount on a future order by way of apology) and to tell me to order again rather than customer services doing it for me and making sure my item got to me I find totally disgraceful. With this service I shall be telling everyone I know not to shop with Kays&Co!!!!!
Item didn't arrive, no tracking, a missing iMac isn't a good look!
Having used KandCo for many years, right from when it was Great Universal, I've always been really happy with them. As such when we needed a new computer I turned to them and ordered a 21.5" iMac, due to arrive around 7 days after the order was placed (fine with me). Delivery due date came and went, when it was 3 days late I contacted them, was told to wait another 7 days. Waited, nothing still so contacted again, to be told to wait another 14 days... At which stage I cancelled the order as I needed the new computer a lot sooner than this and had to go elsewhere :-(

If you have no other option
ridiculous high prices, but you can bagg a bargin, if you can't afford it straight out then this is one option try not to take out on 12 months interest free and if you do try paying it back before the time is up as the interest is high on top of the original high price,services are good with fast delivery would I recommend a friend yes but be carefull not to over spend

I used Kand co for years, long before you changed your name and incorporated other companies. When you were Kays I had an account as I did with empire stores and great universal. It was a shock when you all came together, but in a nice way as you were then all under one umbrella. You and I have been together throughoutbmy Married life. Between us we have clothed my Husband, my sons and my grandchildren as well as providing household effects. You have been there for Christmas and Birthdays and Christenings and marriages. We have been a partnership.
Having been together now for over 40 years I think you can say we are well and truely established
