so confused I have had a littlewoods account for nearly 2 years and it runs fine BUT open a K and CO account 3 months ago and nothing but problems
Littlewoods fantastic yet kandco rubbish don't understand it's the same company in all but name wish I could transfer by available to spend from my kandco account to my littlewoods account as that was the only reason I opened account to give me more to spend kandco is rubbish and still haven't credited my account for an order I never received over a month ago
really happy with my products.
The clothes i have recieved are of good quality. They arrived quickly too. So far so good with kandco.
Poor Customer Service
Placed order for a Mothers day gift never arrived or nor was I told that the order had been cancelled as they were out of stock even though it was listed as in stock still online. IO had to then purchase an alternative girt at short notice . I wanted to initially raise the issue of poor customer service expecting some understanding of the issue. was meet with the usual generic emails without ever someone actually understanding why I would be annoyed in the first place .As this went on and on I requested compensation for my time and effort was offered around half the value of the item when I inquired about this I was told that they would not offer more compensation than the value of the item clearly not actually taking any notice of the claim itself. Was told to write to them and they subsequently lost the letters I have still yet to receive any confirmation of compensation and the whole incident leaves a poor impression of the overall customer service
Customer Service don't know what they're talking about fifth time they've lied to me
I was charged twice for one item after that was sorted i was told by kandco over the phone that the price reflected in my account isn't a true reflection of my weekly down payments
so instead of £125.00 i had £250.00 and had a monthly charge of around £50 although i spread this over 20 weeks and like i say i was charged twice, so after speaking to the adviser and him saying yeah yeah don't worry i've put a note on your account and you won't be charged £50.00 because it's not a true reflection of what i really owe, i checked yesterday and i had been charged £50.00 so once again another lie from this company,
Fantastic service , brilliant products very happy costumer
I was looking to replace my living room sofa and chairs. I saw what i really wanted on line with K and Co. Many of the other retailers had told me i would have to wait 12-14 weeks for delivery which would have taken me to Christmas time. No good for what i wanted.
I ordered the Napoli 3 seater and 2 chairs which was delivered within 5 days. Fabulous, good quality leather and looks very nice indeed.
The delivery men were just brilliant and professional in handling the sofa and chairs which had been wrapped extremely well.

Unprofessional
I am really very disappointed with the kind of customer service I had. First of all, I was trying to make an online order paying in full by a debit card but unfortunately it was not successful as it appeared as declined.
Secondly, I called the customer service to understand why my order has been declined, then I had been told that my account has been closed a year ago which I don't know why and doesn't make any sense to me because I already received a letter from them less than a month ago with some voucher. Moreover, the lady talked to me on the phone told me something totally unappealing to me which is : (If I tried to pay in full by a debit card , I can't use a voucher ). I don't really care about having a credit account because I always pay in full. My wife has accounts with Very, Isme and Littlewoods which I believe follow the same rules and she made tens of orders using vouchers and paying in full.
In addition, I received another letter after the phone call I made telling me to contact the credit department. So, how this comes If my account has been closed.
Furthermore, I sent them an email asking them to close my account properly this time because I am not happy with their customer service and I am no longer interested in making shopping with them because I wanted to save myself receiving irrelevant emails or letters in the future. After about 6 days, they responded saying that they have completed what I asked for but when I tried to log in to my online account to make sure that it is closed, I have been logged in normally which makes me think that they didn't take any action and are totally unprofessional.
Abysmal
Item received damaged, one part smashed to bits, could not return as it was a bed for grandson and we had disposed of his cot in readiness. After emailing I was offered 10% discount, I really wanted the damaged parts sent, wrote to Head Office, no reply ~ then offered £28 off price which I accepted, then received an email to say could not be approved until a specialist team looked into it. I telephoned (very annoyed), obviously a trainee who said I don't know what youre on about! Eventually he said it would be applied ~ still waiting for confirmation ~ God help anyone who has a query!

Really love Kay's, I can order something on line one afternoon and within 18 hours I have an email to say this item is with the courier and will be with me shortly, then After it has been delivered I get a email to say it has been delivered.

I've just ordered a laptop,I compared it to the cost in shop and it turned out to be nearly the same cost.the advantage of buying from k&co you can pay instalments and not pay extra.The delivery was quick also,said it would be about 4days but received in 2days.very very pleased.Would definitely recommend to others

On this occasion, I was very pleased with the service I received. I ordered an item for my husband and was told that it would be delivered in five days time. It actually arrived in two days, which I was very happy with. It was the correct item, and the man who answered my phone call, was very helpful. I was able to use my commission against the purchase, although to date have not received my next account, to confirm that this has been done. Overall very pleased with the experience.
Excellence as standard
Excellent choice of just about everything. Some items can be a little overpriced but it's just so convenient. The best online shopping experience by far. The customer service is of a very high standard and when things go wrong, which is extremely rare, they go out of their way to rectify the problem. Their buy now pay later option has got to be the best offer available on any retail website. A FULL 12 months in which to pay it off. Interest free too if you pay it all in that period. I'm a great fan of using this option.
All in all, a great shopping experience and a very helpful customer service team. Shame all high street shops can't be this good!!
Excellent customer service and after sales service
Have dealt with KandCo, for a long while now, and they've been brilliant. Every little problem we've had, have been straightened out with them on the first phone call. Easy to get in touch, and they are a very friendly bunch of operators.
Bad sizing and picture
Ordered 2 pack shirts and a dress and the sizes were completely wrong, would've had to order two sizes larger than my actual dress size for items to fit! Also ordered a pair of grey trousers which were in a small checked fabric, this wasn't shown in the online picture so returned everything.
Security check ups excellent
I ordered a Chromebook while I was on holiday so wanted it delivered to a strange address, the security check ups from K&Co were spot on, phone calls and text messages and then to top it all the item was delivered two days earlier than expected, well done Yodel and K&Co
WRONG ITEM, BAD SERVICE, COURIERS NEVER TURNED UP
As a platinum customer, after spending thousands upon thousands of pounds with this company, not only have i had one of the most stressful situations but some of the most confusing relating to one pair of jeans, which i have been charged twice for!!!!
So let's start i received a dress from a very account holder but my name was on the packet so i phoned straight away with apologies from them, i explained i worked and therefore needed a courier anytime/anyday after 5pm i got home friday and i had a card that said they'd been at 2.00pm,
I phoned up again and still being calm about it they rearranged another pickup for me i said to them saturday all day im free, but guess what they turned up over an hour late which means i can't do anything,
I now have to wait 14 days for a refund for a fault that's not even mine
As soon as i've paid off this item, i'll be closing my account with them indefinitely.
customer service was unenthusiastic, the conversation between the company and courier must be non existent how could this company still be in business is beyond me.
