I have used the catalogue since 1976 when it was Great Universal and both my children were very small. All of my clothing needs have been satisfied in all of those years. I particularly like being able to try on clothes at home instead of an impersonal changing room in a town/city store.
Since retiring a couple of years ago I have had to rethink my expenditure due to a much reduced budget and find my needs are better satisfied elsewhere. This decision is down to price alone, as I have the quality taken care of. I am no longer able to buy as regularly as I once did.

Your products are way too expensive and not competitive with other supplier prices.

I was accepted for a catalogue, but every order I have place has been declined without explanation!!!

Delivery was quick but orders one of one one of 4
items I ended up going to click and collect 4 times even if the parcels have to go in seperate parcels can it not be arranged for have less trips to get them ..Even when I had collected them all I got a text saying one was being sent back ..I rang to find if one had been just to be to
l had them all and just about got cut off by the customer service advisor

Ordering is easy, they are always there to help if there is a problem and will do their best to sort it. Keep it up k and co, we need more companies like you.

Ordered and was delivered very quickly. Frequent phone calls to inform me of delivery date and time. Delivery company were very efficient. E-mails, phone calls and texts to inform of delivery and if this was convenient. I have used K and Co for years and have never had a complaint. Payment options are excellent. Deliveries are fast and efficient. Well done.

Send out wrong order then try to fob you of and say you have to reorder to get the right product even though it was there fault. And say it will take at least 3 days for them to pick up the one they sent out wrong and when you phone to speak to them they are not very polite or helpful.Spoke to them again because I found out the item I ordered was out of stock but they did not phone and tell me just sent alternative. Man I spoke to this time was very very rude and did not really care. He put the phone down when I was still talking it was a case of bad attitude or what . Seriously thinking about going to the papers.

i have request a k and co catalogue by there web 5 or 6 times and i have not received none of there catalogue. so there do not want my custom. so there should be closed down.

Every time I use K and co I find the on line service simple to use.Your orders are always delivered on the day they say its going to come and even down to delivery people are friendly.They give a service from orders to deliveries and returns are always done efficiently.I have had this catalogue for years now and will continue for the foreseeable future.

I have always received my purchases within a couple of days of placing my order. All of my items have been good quality. I also love the fact that you can return unwanted items frew of charge.
My only disappointment is that I have recently been looking for maternity wear amd you don't have any apart from underwear. Will there be a selection available any time soon? Would definitely makes purchases if you had some available! Thanks. X

I have used this company for ten years, I have bought a range of products, bedding, curtains lighting electrical and clothes. I have found the quality what you would expect in any good store, the service is polite and always helpful I have a hearing problem but the assistants has never failed to be polite to me and helpful too. The selection of repayment is very helpful and there are several ways you can choose from you even have a points system on the amount of repayments you pay, you can turn this into money that can come in very handy to buy that little extra at Christmas or birthdays. I recommend to anyone to get a catalogue and see the selection available. it beats shopping in a crowded town, you can do it in the comfort of your own home.

I do all my ordering online. Great fast delivery trom a local courier. Returns online are a doddle too. Get started.

I have been a customer over 20years, never really had any issues with the catalogue before, untill recently, when I bought my first major alliance, a hotpoint washing machine. It broke down after 5 months, and kandco have gone out of their way it seems to be the most unhelpful company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with, from blatant lies regarding the sale of goods act, to down right rude staff. I still have a broken machine after 7 weeks as they haven't arranged to collect it, and every complaint I have submitted has been ignored. They have caused me untold stress and misery, and inconvenience is an understatement. Most definitely would never recommend them.

I have been with Kandco for over 20 years and my mother used them before me. I have never had any issues with the company and everything I have bought has been of excellent quality and as expected. The odd occassion i have had a issue with a monthly payment because of not receiving a reminder, Kandco were very helpful and the issue was resolved immediately. I would reccomedn Kandco as with three children it is an easy way to buy the named clothing/items they want and repay them a little at a time. Thank you Kandco
