Easy to order. Quick delivery. Good communication

Awesome shoes!!! Love them!!!

Shipping to New Zealand was very quick! Mattress inflator pump was shipped the same day I placed the order. It came well packaged.

fast service and willing to fix a problem

Friendly professional staff who were able to answer queries promptly via phone conversations. My order query was resolved rapidly and without any problems. My items were sent quickly and arrived within the expected timeframe. Great service, great attitude. I would be very happy to return to K2 Base Camp for my future hiking requirements. Thanks, Jen

Could not be happier. Fair price, in stock, shipped direct and in a timely manner (not waiting 2 weeks to post stuff like some other companies)... I will 100% be returning and buying from these guys moving forward.

Thank you to K2 staff member (unfortunately I can't remember his name because he deserves to be recognised for his service) who ensured that my hiking shoes were despatched immediately. They arrived today and are perfect.

Good range of what I wanted in stock (sizes), easy to use website for payment, dispatched promptly and arrived all as described and promised - and free postage!

I ordered the wrong size, no problem returning and getting the right one

Great shopping experience online with an easy to navigate shop. I had a query about some of the items and how they were sold, sent etc and these questions were answered promptly and fully. Delivery was good also. I am a reasonably patient customer so waiting for the items to arrive is manageable. Multiple emails and txt messages do serve to heighten the excitement but do keep you informed as to where your items are and when they will be arriving.

Staff are great delivering is super fast
Good prices good variety everything!

Good website. Excellent quick delivery. Good price

Super fast shipping! Had the item the next day. Great prices and top quality gear.

Good range of products at competitive prices. Excellent quality with speedy delivery.

K2 in Fortitude Valley could quickly tell me which colour and exact model of the shoes I was after were available.

I then ordered the Altra shoes online and they arrived in about 3 days.

Great shoes (I've had them before) and great service.

Great service, very quick delivery thank you 👍

I just ordered a harness, some rope, carabiners and a descender (for working at height, at home). Everything was in stock, it arrived in Sydney super-quick with absolutely no dramas, and the order was absolutely complete. I'd do business with K2 Base Camp any day - 13 points out of a possible 10 for efficiency and professionalism. Well done.

Great price, product was exactly what i expected, fast delivery, very satisfied

Communication was excellent, and I didn't have to wait too long to receive the item which was out of stock when I placed the order. Thanks, really appreciate the service. Highly recommend
