Item wasn’t in stock. K2 asked if they could substitute for another colour. Lost reply in their junk mail, followed up asking where my order was twice.
Finally delivered after 18 days.
Will go elsewhere next time.

Excellent experience, both in store and online. Was quickly contacted when an online order (chalk, chalk bag and Chalktopus) was delayed, and was offered a refund. I decided to proceed, received updates on delivery dates, and my order arrived in good condition on the new due date.

Slow shipping!
Ordered my items in time to take them hiking with me to Spain! It took nearly three weeks to receive them and by the time they arrived, I had already travelled overseas.

Thank you for shopping with us, Barrie, and apologies for the inconvenience.
It is no excuse, but we received your order on Friday, the 11th of April, and had to ship it on Monday, the 14th of April, due to the weekend. Then, your parcel stayed in transit for two days, and there were no other updates by Australia Post until 24/04/2025, so I assume they either lost or forgot to handle the parcel somewhere in transit for a while. They finally managed to deliver it on 27/04/2025.
Unfortunately, we only have control over dispatching your goods from our warehouse as quickly as possible throughout the delivery process, and sometimes, delays or unexpected events happen along the way.
We are again sorry for the delay, and we hope this will not stop you from shopping with us in future.
