My order came as expected and shipping was prompt. Unfortunately the climbing shoes were the wrong size but the exchange process was very easy, we were even provided with a pre filled return label.

Fantastic service from K2 Base Camp when I suddenly had to buy a new wheeled Osprey Sojourn duffel for my upcoming travels. My cat showed me, in no uncertain terms, that he really didn't want me to go... so I had to somehow buy a new duffel on Boxing Day and get it delivered interstate before January 5th. Bam Da Silva was wonderful and organised for it to be couriered to me in NSW. I had it by the 30th December!

Accurate stock advice, fast delivery just before Christmas, what's not to like

I bought a mug with a crimp hold for a Christmas present! The colour is slightly different (fluro green shipped more closer to a forest green) which I actually prefer! All round good experience and super fast shipping with a higher quality product then expected!
