My roots look orange once blow dried. It also says lasts up to 3 washes! Mine doesn’t even last the day. I’m having to go over it with a powder. It does feel nicer in your hair than the sprays but just doesn’t cover my roots fully or last!

I have used the first time it magical amazing coverage didnt burn my skin and 100% grey coverage also the shade was amazing my hair left so smooth vibrant the only reason i gave four stars is becos of the price i wish if its cheaper especially now am going to use it always for my grey roots other than that its so amazing am so happy i found it

I am very pleased with the root touch…
I am very pleased with the root touch up pen. It provides natural looking coverage, which is less obvious than sprays or powder from other brands. My hair is v dark brown naturally - I used to find the dark brown touch up pen far too warm /light in colour. Since I’ve started colouring my hair in a shade 5 (from other high street brands) the dark brown (2-4 from Josh Wood) is a perfect match.

Worst hair treatment I have ever used. I have grey roots and this coloured orange which was more noticeable than the greys. I am trying to contact the company for a refund.
