Had an appointment for 1.30 this past Wednesday prior to valentines day. Barber who I won't name but they are aware of texted me to change for 1.45. I said sure, no problem. Got there on time and at 2pm asked what was going on. Was told he'd be another 10 - 15 minutes and they were not even sure of that. Having attended during an extended lunch break, I could not just stay indefinitely. No one offered another barber or alternative. Just thanks for your wasted time.
Had a look on here and they request that people email them prior to leaving negative reviews which I have done out of decency and honestly, they could not care less. Offered another appointment 5 days later at a time of their choosing. Since I've just had it done somewhere else. Customer service is non existent at this place so if you value that or your time, please do not come here!
