I am not an everyday user of this company, but over the years have used them on average of maybe 6 times a year, usually in mini spurts of 2 or 3 times in quick succession then a gap.

However the constants are the quality of service, the care taken, and the warm friendly nature of the staff, who genuinely care about getting things right for the customer.

People like Gary, Kirsty & Shirley, who are always Polite, Professional and Helpful

I'd tried to order some business cards from a company we had previously used but they had been taken over by another company and I spent days trying to sort it out, it was very frustrating so I gave up. I approached John E Wright via their online webform and had a response from Gary within the hour. From start to finish, Gary has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and the business cards are on their way - I'm very impressed and would definitely use them again

Contacted John E Wright for a short notice print job and had the posters printed and ready for collection within 2 hours, amazing service and great staff. Gary Collard was excellent and very helpful.

I had quite a tight deadline to get scans done of 20 drawings. Gary Callard got the job done for me in 2 days. Really pleased with the high resolution images and very grateful for technical advice.

Spent hundreds of pounds on printing at the Nottingham branch. It was supposed to be a straight forward colour copy job printing each item on to A3 or A4 paper, but instead they printed my work onto A2 paper and cut them down in size. The sizing was off on each print. I had to then finish the job by cutting the larger ones down and even had to throw quite a few away because they were not big enough to fit in my end project. Waste of money! Also had the unpleasant experience of twice dealing with a middle aged/ older lady who had clearly been in her job too long. VERY rude and not nice to deal with over the phone or face to face. Customer service was poor. Will not be spending money with them again!

I had to leave a review after my recent experience with John E Wright in Nottingham. I had a tatty battered old family photo that I was desperate to save, I didn’t hold out much hope but Gary said he would be able to help. He scanned it in and worked his magic to not only copy it but to also repair damaged areas of the image, and fill in missing physical pieces from the photo itself. I was absolutely made up with the result, and would definitely recommend John E Wright for any kind of print or image work. Thanks Gary!

Unfortunately they seem no longer interested in customer service. I have used John E Wright in a number of occasions before in business. So I had no qualms in telling my wife to be to use them for our wedding invitations.
Nearly 5 weeks have passed and despite pushing, prodding, calling and emailing we have got nowhere. They appear to be shambolic, not knowing who is doing what, who has the emails we sent, nor what they are doing.
They claim to be very busy. And perhaps our custom isn’t worth it to them.

Reply : Nottingham office. And we have now gone elsewhere and had a far better response.

I sent over an online order for service booklets for my sisters wedding. After the initial online order via the website I was introduced via email to John E Wrights employee Gary Callard who was working on my booklet order. Gary provided amazing customer service throughout the process. He was extremely communicative, quick to respond and helpful. I am so extremely grateful to Gary and the time he spent working on my order and even being able to get the order out for delivery ahead of time!! My sister is so very happy with the outcome and printing and will proudly be providing all her guests with one of these service booklets on her big day!

I will definitely be coming back to John E Wright in the future and hope all of the employees are as excellent as Gary was!! A big thank you!

We had decided to exhibit at an event with very little notice. I scurried around to put together the required printed products both large and small format.
Gary at John E Wright was an absolute godsend!
My time was extremely tight but Gary really helped me out by delivering ahead of the normal lead times that would normally be expected with such quality products.

Always order my a1 prints from here! Super fast and easy to use! Great quality prints for a good price and you get them quick which is awesome! My only gripe is sometimes their website can be a bit funny to use when you're uploading custom images but honestly I've only had this issue with my phone so their website maybe just behaves better on a browser

I use John E Wright to scan my artworks so that they can be made into prints. Fast turnaround, and Gary has been super helpful in my recent communications. The scans are always amazing quality, I highly recommend this company for artists looking to get scans of their art!
