Great website and easy to use, can easily crop images, zoom in and out, I only placed one order on two different occasions and was sent 4 of each prints, very nice but could av made two orders out of this.

Gary couldn’t do enough to help and my order was ready quicker than expected. Would highly recommend them to anyone

I’ve just picked up 3 photos I took and had printed onto 1050x700 canvasses from here. Just got them home, unwrapped them and have stood speechless at the quality They are superb and better than I had expected
Many thanks to Gary Callard for his patience as he rejected the photos I sent in that had tiny blemishes on and emailed me as soon as they were ready a day earlier than anticipated.

I am so very impressed with the quality of print at instaprint! The customer service is amazing and Gary in particular went over and above to ensure my order was as perfect as could be. He kept me up to date with the progress of the order and very kindly got in contact with me to fix my file format as I sent it as a low quality file by accident, to which he knew wouldn’t print well. He guided me through saving it as the highest quality and was able to print and send my order in 24 hours after this. The packaging is better than any other printer I used - they clearly care about product safety during transit. I will be using Insta print again and would recommend to anyone!

Needed some oversized artwork scanning and printing and after telling me it would take a couple of days, Gary took it upstairs to be scanned and then, liaising with me, took care and attention to get the print quality right while I waited. Top job done in half an hour. All the stars!

Last used this service few years ago whenever I needed a few pages printing off on an ad-hoc basis. Pricing was extremely reasonable and whilst it isn't a profitable business printing off pages at approx. 25p the helpful service is there to the public

Post pandemic and I needed the same doing to send an item urgently back to Amazon . Couple of pages and was told its £12 minimum though the woman behind the desk would happily do it on their occasion. Paid by card and it's, £5 for 2 pages this is still excessive and doesn't state this anywhere on the website 😑

Really impressed with the service from this company! Very quick to respond to my initial query and to every email from there on in. Fast delivery and a courtesy email to check it’d arrived and I was happy.

Recieved everything all well, noticed i made a mistake on the quantity amount, checked to see if it was possible to get the other quantity amount on one of my orders. Spoke with Casie who helped me out. Sadly didnt get the quantity amount but casie sorted me out with a lil discount for the future. what great customer service! will order from instantprint again!

We were met by Gary today. We needed our Passports scanning, every page including the blanks (don't ask). We hadn't booked the work in and after attempting to undertake the task we appreciated how fiddly a job it was.
Gary wasn't fazed at all. Delivered the goods in no time. I am 100% confident this time they will be received with a sigh of relief. Thank you Mr Callard we will return.

I was served by Gary Callard today at the Nottingham Branch, I was in a hurry, and Gary scanned my artwork promptly, and then emailed it to me quickly, much appreciated. I don't go anywhere else now for my print and design requirements.

Ordered 3 x a0 prints for my home gym. Simple process, good prices. Even after I'd approved the proofs they paused the job to check with me that I was happy as there was some pixellation (which I knew and was fine with, but totally appreciated the quality check) and am over the moon with the end product. Gym now looks brilliant. Will use again.
