Gary was very helpful and friendly today. I only had screenshots for him to use, for printing into 6×4 photos. He went out of his way to digitally enhance one of them as it had been cropped to be square.

Staff were very unhelpful and felt like I was being passed from pillar to post whilst they awkwardly stood too far from the counter to actually speak in a civilised manner and show them the document I had on my phone. All in all, a 40 minute round trip wasted to an establishment I believed were experts in printing, who couldn’t seem to provide even a basic direction for what later became an easily rectifiable issue. Yet stood there and made me feel stupid ( someone who isn’t an expert) and uncomfortable. Customer service is poor, you’d think they would be a little more willing to help and provide direction in order to get a simple thing printed. Rather than make it purposefully difficult.

John E Wright is a fantastic place and Gary Callard is so kind and talented! I’m sure that they do some huge corporate work but they have printed a small batch of Christmas cards for me over the last few years from designs my Mum made in the 80’s and 90’s. The work is done with so much care for such a small order, making Mum’s old yellowed designs look brand new again! Really quick service too.

so used them before in 2016 had a good experience so went back to them. poor customer service from reception lady and branch manager who replied to my email. won't be using them again vaguely. I then called him and was asking a question. He was very rhetorical and rude. And asked me to put everything on an email, when i asked him what he wanted exactly. He told me to put everything on an email. I'm new to ordering this kind of material so wasn't sure.

Well, all I can say is. I went in at 15:30 and by 16:00 Gary had the work, what I asked him to do, just about ready for me. That man should where a cape!! Great service. Thanks Gary.

I would highly recommend these guys! I ordered some leaflets for same day printing and they were ready in just a few hours. I had made a mistake on the file and Gary called me up and talked me through fixing it and was really helpful. The leaflets look great too!
