The sales executive James Mcnaught that sold us the car was so helpful he made the process easy I wasnt spoken to as If i was stupid he treated you like a human you could ask as much questions as you liked he never once looked at you as thought to say stop asking stupid stuff. James made sure you understood every thing he was talking about he wasnt one of these sales men that just wants you to buy the car then get lost so he can get on to next customer the thing I thought that was great was he took the time when he took you out to the car and explained every thing about the car he also connected my phone to blue tooth in car for me and let me know about cruise control and how to use the maps he made my experience at John clark motor group as easy as it could be would recommend him to my family and friends to go to buy a car.

What a difference it made to be able to take car out for a test drive ourselves and take it home to see if our large dog would fit in boot . Bailey also enjoyed visit to showroom as everyone stopped to speak to him . Mathew was brilliant and very helpful with us all the way to us picking up our new car .

Fast and open to working to my time scheduled. It would have been good to have a hire car available, but I understand this is on me for not arranging earlier.

Car was in for a service and I asked about looking to make a warranty claim on my main traction EV battery. I was given a report on my 12v battery. When I enquired about the main battery I was told it’s fine.

It’s clearly not and is suitable for a warranty claim using Nissan GBs guidance. I asked them to follow up which I was promised they would do that week and get back to me. I heard nothing and chased you up and was told I would receive a call back. That was 5 days ago and still heard nothing.

The ‘complimentary health check’ also advised new pads and disks when they were replaced 473 miles ago!!!

Waited 45 minutes for my keys. Never got a phone call to say the car was ready. Car was not cleaned in the outside and inside when I got told before the service it would be. Grease/oil finger prints all over the front of the car. Waiting on a phone call about a warranty job being done and not heard a thing.

Never fixed damaged alloy wheel which we took out cover for and car was in the garage for 11 days, communication from them was terrible, the only way I knew what was going on is because I made 8 phone calls and two trips to the showroom service desk. Poor customer service for main dealership.

The Service reception staff were first class but were let down a bit by the "backroom" staff on this occasion.
In particular -
- Car wasn't valeted when I pick it up.
- I'm on a service plan [which may have been part of the problem] and I asked for a copy of the service invoice and MOT certificate for my records. It took over 3 weeks and a couple of calls for these to be sent to me

James looked after us on 3 visits. His knowledge of the cars was amazing and his kind, friendly nature put me at ease. We will definitely be back to see James for future cars.

Salesman Stuart MacLean was very helpful and kept us updated throughout our buying experience from test drive to purchase. The showroom was comfortable and all members of staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.

My Duster was in with sensor problems. I thought to maybe get rid of the car by part exchange for something. No Dusters available bit Scott in the adjacent Nissan building was superb at trying to help me. I explained the problems with my car and my thoughts about part exchange. Scott showed me a nice low mileage X trail prepared both HP and PCO deals and variations using my car as part exchange and listened to all my nattering and was genuinely interested and incredibly helpful. He must have spent an hour looking after me with no pressure to buy. In the end I couldn't afford either of the deals, but I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant, understanding and helpful salesman. A first class gent.

Waited four hours for a service and was told they did not have time to do it.Warning light and was lit up but they did not fix it.They were useless.

Bought a car with a trade in, was told to send the settlement balance to them to pay off for ease but was left with the balance still not paid off over two weeks after payment, also paid for GAP INSURANCE and the man never set it up only just noticed this as I called the company to cancel due to selling my car, quick to take your money with poor service

Car ordering process was easy, and car arrived 2 month early. Excellent communication and handover!

We had to travel to Australia for a family bereavement and the staff made arrangements in our absence to pick up the car from a friends house, carry out the service and return it the same day without any issues.

I paid a refundable deposit online to reserve a car on 21st November which I cancelled within 48hrs...it is now 6th January and I have still not received my refund despite chasing them several times.
Quick to take your money...awful service so far trying to get it back which doesn't bode well if you were to have issues after purchasing a car.

Great customer service from first initial telephone enquiry on new car purchase, to final pick up day at local Nissan showroom in Tullos Aberdeen.
Nothing was too much trouble and everything was so smooth to complete.
