I smash broken screen with purple line…
I called into I smash with my sons phone, I had booked a slot on line which was very easy, I think the gentleman who served me was called Joshua in the Metro centre, he was very professional and explained everything and the phone was ready in 1 hour with a new screen and when asked Joshua was happy to put a new screen cover on to protect the phone going forward
Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, brilliant job done and at a fantastic price. Very much appreciated they got me in after another company messed me about. You will know who I am lol if I say lavender samsung S23 ultra 😬😂.
The store manager was super helpful
The store manager was super helpful, explained everything in detail, gave me different options and resolved my problem super fast!! Completely smashed and bent samsung s24 ultra back to perfect working order in a few hours!!! Couldnt be happier and couldn't recommend them highly enough!
Waste of time
Travelled 25 miles to a prebooked appointment , only to be told, oh you shouldn't have been able to make an appointment for this model, we don't stock the parts!!

Faulty Repair by ISmash Arndale
ISmash Arndale « repaired » my Iphone screen for £149. After a few days the phone stopped working.
When I returned to ISmash, the store manager « Dagmar » said that they could not look at the phone within the next few hours (I needed to catch a plane later the same day). He also accused me of water damage and claimed that I would invalidate the ISmash guarantee if I allowed an Apple Store technician to open the Iphone. The store manager argued very strongly that « he was the expert, not the Apple Store »..
Fortunately the Apple Store were able to open up the device within an hour. They reported that ISmash had trapped an internal cable in the casing of the Iphone. This caused the Iphone to break down. They also confirmed that there was no water damage and the faulty repair had caused the phone to stop working.
The trapped cable can be seen on the attached photos, taken by the Apple Store technician. He said there could be no doubt that the repair by ISmash was carried out with insufficient care. He also strongly advised me NOT to allow ISmash to reopen the Iphone.
After this, I returned again to the ISmash store and showed the manager the photos, only to be told that Apple Store technicians were not permitted to open my Iphone and no refund would be given.
I have since been in touch with the ISmash customer service department and the area manager, only to be told that I did not give ISmash the opportunity to open the device. This is simply not true since I repeatedly asked in the store for help and received none.
I live abroad and unfortunately have no way of getting the repair money back legally without substanital costs to myself. (I have followed this up with the Citizens Advice Buro in the UK). Therefore, I wish to warn other potential customers to avoid ISmash Arndale, I very much regret not going directly to the Apple Store on the floor above to get my Iphone repaired.
Upon my return to Switzerland (my home country) I got the Iphone repaired (along with a replacement screen). The Apple Store technicians in Switzerland confirmed that the ISmash repair had damaged the Iphone. Eventually, I ended up paying £149 to ISmash Arndale plus £350 to the Apple Store Switzerland for the IPhone repair. The Iphone is now working perfectly again with a new screen. It was a very expensive mistake.
Useless!
Paid £5 to secure an appointment at iSmash Shoreditch, arrived as instructed ten minutes before my 10am appointment time, no one there. Waited 20minutes, then gave up and went back to work. No one answers the phone, there is no customer service at all. How can anyone trust this company to take care of valuable iPads and phones?
Great service
Great service, the guys fixed my phone in 5 minutes. I had been told by Google I needed to send it away. So I am very happy.

Fixed my phone camera excellently when other shops said it couldn't be done or did shoddy work. Really impressed. Special thanks to Adnan for great service.
Wasted trip – refused battery replacement for non-UK phone
I booked an appointment to replace the battery in my S22 Plus at the Bond Street branch. When I arrived, I was told that because I didn’t buy my phone in the UK, they couldn’t replace the battery.
If this is their policy, it should be made clear before you book – either by asking where the phone was purchased during the booking process, or by stating it clearly in the confirmation email. Instead, I travelled there only to be turned away on arrival.
It felt like a complete waste of my time and theirs, especially as they had already ordered the part. A bit of basic screening up front would have avoided the whole situation.
Buy low sell high as possible
They buy as cheap as possible making any reason 2 get the price down then when they sell the phone those problems have gone all by them self's and the price can be put back up 2 the maximum price another rip off company
Phone screen stopped working twice and…
Phone screen stopped working twice and they refused to stick by their warranty twice. Assuming they used fake screens to save money, bad customer service aswell. AVOID!!
Difficult to contact but persevere!
A bit tricky to contact at first (4 rather than 5 stars) Email is better than phone. They emailed me a link to a repair form. The battery in my old Samsung had swollen but other than that the phone was still usable, just that Samsung themselves didn't offer repairs any more. Choice between taking it in to my local shop or mailing it. I chose the latter which was more expensive but I would have spent as much getting to the shop. They sent the box, I mailed it back and it was back within a week. Overall really straightforward once I'd managed to contact them and a very good price.
Great service
Great service. Great help from Adrian and ready on time. Will definitely use again. Many thanks.
Don't bother - waste of time and money
Visited Kingston branch as website indicated they had a replacement screen in stock (this was done on the advice of the branch), told that they didn't have a screen in and they would order and book an appointment, received an email to say screen had arrived, visited the branch to be told they don't have the screen, given a new date with a new screen ordered - screen hasn't arrived only found out when I phoned up to check, to save another wasted journey, finally managed to get someone to check local stock (Croydon) and they promised to phone back, nothing yet. They hardly ever answer the phone - don't cancel appointments when they don't have stock - clearly poorly run store with no customer regard at all
iPad repair Excellent service
Excellent service. Replaced broken
screen on my IPad in less than one hour.
Professional, efficient and friendly
throughout.
Damaged my phone during battery replacement - 3 visits, still broken
I visited the Charing Cross branch on 25/09/2025 for a simple battery replacement. The technician damaged my Face ID sensor during the repair and admitted it was their fault.
Since then, I've made THREE separate visits trying to get it fixed:
Visit 1: Sensor ordered (not in stock)
Visit 2 (04/11): New sensor installed but didn't work Visit 3 (11/11): No sensor available, told it might never work
I've been without Face ID for over 6 weeks, causing serious issues with banking apps and authentication. The solutions offered are inadequate: send phone away for 48 hours (not viable), try another sensor (already failed once), or accept £50 discount (insulting when they broke my phone).
I came in with a fully working phone and left with a broken one. The technician even suggested I "might have to accept the phone is broken" with no guarantee another attempt would work.
Still waiting for a proper resolution. Avoid.
Crackingly good professional repairs!
I hadn’t really appreciated this business until I badly cracked the back of an otherwise perfectly good iPhone14. Much cheaper than replacing it or getting an OEM repair. Highly professional and very quick. Really impressed tbh and would definitely use them again. They also sell serviced / repaired phones, which I hadn’t appreciated.
