Excellent customer service. Product delivered in two days.

I paid them $2000.00 for a pool liner. I never got the liner, they won't refund my $2000.00, and won't answer the phone. I have filed a comaint with the better business bureau! Buyer beware

Availability and on time receipt always get a four star rating, combined it with a fair price then this warrants a five star rating.

I received the part quickly but the other part that I need in able for this part to work was later told to me that it was out of stock.

No sweat, picked it out and it all arrived shortly. Couple of deliveries since it was several items.
Will order again.

I expected for the rubber ring to be included but it wasnt.

Very speedy delivery. I got the part I ordered and it was the correct part. My pool is up and running and I'm tickled pink!

Chat person was very helpful finding the products I needed. Replaced parts and so far new multi port valve works great.

I ordered a pool filter. I was concerned because the box was torn but luckily the filter was in plastic and not damage. The filter is in excellent condition and will service the pool.
