If you are starting a sublimation business then Ink Experts are the place to go. I purchased a printer, heat press and mug press package. They arrived extremely well packed with all the instructions you need to get started. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. I bought a printer back in September 2020, it broke in August 2021 with a month left on the warranty. I emailed 3 times to try and get this resolved and they've ignored me ever since.. Still to this day haven't had a reply. Avoid at all costs. Coyboys.

Hi Jack, I have searched our emails and have no correspondence other than the original order confirmation email and icc request email. Perhaps a different email address was used. I am not sure. At the time the machine would have been in warranty, but it has been 18-19 months since the original fault.

Absolutely incredible customer service from Ink Experts, especially Alex, who went above and beyond the call of duty. Highly responsive and nothing a problem. Would definitely recommend, and will be using them exclusively from now on for everything.

Brilliant company brilliant products
I use ink experts ink and paper, they’ve always been brilliant. Whenever I’ve needed support they are always happy to help. When I needed to upgrade my heat press to a bigger size I didn’t hesitate to purchase one from them, and when my mug press broke I made the swap and purchased an ink experts one. Brilliant company

Ink experts have been the best company I’ve ever dealt with, I ordered my sublimation bundle which arrived super quick but then had some issues with items I heat pressed coming out very faded, Alex spent a week going back and forth emailing me trying to sort the issue out with me, starting from the printer settings to then finding out the heat press needed recalibrating. He also sent me a thermometer for free which turned up the next morning so I could check the temperature of the heat press and recalibrate it myself. It is all sorted now and everything is working perfectly, I honestly can’t recommend ink experts enough, I will definitely be buying from here again. Again thank you so much to Alex who done everything he could to help me, he went above and beyond and I appreciate the help :)
