AVOID THIS COMPANY – APPALLING PRODUCTS AND DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I genuinely cannot believe how badly this company has handled what should have been a very simple issue.
I purchased silver butter knives which started rusting after just a few weeks of normal use. These are not cheap disposable items — they are cutlery, and they should be fit for purpose.

I contacted the company repeatedly. My emails were ignored for over two weeks. When they finally responded, there was no apology, no acknowledgement of the poor quality and no attempt to take responsibility. Instead, I was questioned about whether I had dried the knives immediately after washing them.

Yes, I washed them. Yes, I dried them. Yes, I put them away properly. I should not have to justify basic use of cutlery because the company’s product has rusted after a few weeks.

Eventually, I was told I would receive a refund.

And guess what? Still no refund.

I have emailed again. Ignored. Again.

So not only have I been left with faulty, rusting products, I have had to repeatedly chase ‘Philip’ from this company for weeks, received virtually no customer service, no meaningful apology, and now I’m still waiting for money I was explicitly told would be refunded.

This is disgraceful customer service.

A company can make a mistake. What matters is how they deal with it. In this case, they have repeatedly failed to deal with it properl and judging by others similar reviews - they should not be in business!!!

Faulty products. Ignored emails. No apology. No accountability. Promised refund still not received.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to THINK TWICE.

Ordered a personalised bird house for my daughters grandmothers birthday. It doesn’t look like the picture. Instead of the glass in the middle it has metal which doesn’t make it look as nice as it does in the picture. The engraving on the top of it is done good. But overall I’m not happy with it.

Mum did her usual "you shouldn't have spent your money" before she'd even opened it. Then she read the message and went a bit quiet. Got a very long hug after that.

Dad is impossible to buy for, but this got a proper smile. Adding our own message made it something he’ll actually want to keep.

I can't fault my experience at all! My queries were answered promptly and a very personal, sentimental message which was longer than the allocated allowance, was made to fit! The quality of the product is just beautiful and has made the perfect gift at an extremely reasonable price. So so happy woth the service received,product, all correspondence and timely manner in which it has all been done. Thank-you!

2nd planter I have bought in a couple of month. Very sturdy and engraving is lovely. 2nd one took slightly longer to arrive. I emailed and got a reply to inform they were waiting for more stock, it arrived a day or two later.

Ordered a lovely outdoor flower trug as a gift for 50th Wedding Anniversary. Delivery was extremely quick but unfortunately had the incorrect date on the plaque, my fault entirely.
