Sorry to hear this Shannon, sadly we are unable to inspect each print we produce due to the volume of work we produce daily. I believe we spoke via email and explained the issue was due to the image resolution and quality (it was increased up to 300DPI from a lower resolution causing a blocky / grainy effect to the edges of the lettering). We have also offered to refund your return postage costs along with a full refund for the order itself.

These guys are amazing honestly nothing…
These guys are amazing honestly nothing is ever too much for them - I order customer DTF gang sheets multiple times a week and they always go out of their way to deliver. Their lead time is also insanely quick honestly can't fault them. I've also had my mug press from them and other sub bits - my go to guys!

Ordered custom DTF one day and it arrived the next! Amazed by the service from Ink Experts. There was an issue with the initial images I shared (because I didn't read very clear instructions!) but the team at Ink Experts were super quick and helpful to resolve it for me. Will 100% be shopping with them again in the future.

Great service and fast delivery
Great service and fast delivery. The sublimation ink is vibrant and really stands out on the wallets i sublimate, also the sublimation paper is excellent.

I will stay a loyal customer, for sure
I have used Ink Experts so far for pretty much all of my t-shirt printing needs. Their prices seem to be very competitive as although cheaper heat presses do exist on Amazon, they are not branded and will likely offer little by ways of customer support. Delivery times have been great, even for small items, arriving within 3 days. The products they sell of of high quality and I have had no problems with them so far, thanks to Ink Experts.
Which brings me to the main reason I am writing this review, where I would like to thank their staff for going above and beyond helping me with my new DTF printer. Although I had carried out what I felt was extensive research before my purchase, there was still lots to learn. Ink Experts were incredibly helpful and informative and I would not be at the printing stage that I am now if not for their assistance.
So thank you very much guys, hats off to all of you

Happy Newbie
I'm new to sublimation and spent a lot of time researching and comparing supply companies, products and equipment. I went with Ink Experts as the website and their YouTube page has lots of helpful information, hints and tips, the prices are reasonable and I loved that I could create a bundle with everything that I need to get started.
My printer, press and other supplies arrived quickly and everything was packaged with care. I'm over the moon with everything that I purchased. The set up instructions are clear and my trial runs have produced excellent quality prints thanks to the ICC profiles. Plus the aftercare is amazing. I emailed Ink Experts with a few queries and got a quick and helpful response every time.
All in all, if you're a newbie looking to set up a sublimation business I would absolutely recommend Ink Experts.
