I ordered a shoe for my daughter as according to the size and age they provided, but when I received, it was way more than the size i ordered. Also while I tried to refund, i only received 1159 while I bought it for 1387. So great business, if they do this to every order i assume the company will turn out to be billon soon.

I had a very very bad experience with my first order with Hopscotch. The order was on time but it was faulty (one of the press button was not sewed). I requested return at first they assigned a Delhivery courrier service which did not pick my order for 3 days
(kindly note for every 3 days they had send me the msgs they xyz person will come and pick ur return product but no one showed up) during this time I called hopscotch help centre several times but no one got connected. After that i wrote a bad review on google ply and they replied to my review. and on the same day I got connected with help centre and they assured me that they are assigning another courrier service that is shadowfex. Now another 3-4 days no one showed up and every day i receive msgs regarding ur pick up has been rescheduled to next day . and now after that for again 3 days every evening i received a call from hopscoth that ur pick up is been failed kindly presse 1 or 2 for rescheduling and i rescheduled my pick up request. Kindly note I initiated the return request on 5th of june and now it is 20th june 2026. let me tell u they are more into selling their products and unbothered about return or exchange policy. after all this happened to me i am experiencing that they are not ready to return my order only delegating their work and blaming courrier services.

Very poor service. I have placed order 1 month ago. Till today I have not received my parcel. Even I can't cancel my order. 😡There will be no clear answer from Hopscotch website. My order is prepaid order, there will be no refund option, I won't be able to cancel my order. Very bad management. 😔Not recommended to anyone 🙅🏻

Very poor customer service experience with Hopscotch. They are saying that my refund has already been processed, but it is still not showing in my account. I also did not receive any refund confirmation message or email this time like before.
I have already sent 4-5 emails regarding this issue, but I have not received any reply till now. Extremely disappointed with the lack of response and support.

Twice shy.. first time they goofed on the order, which they had to send it again. Second time they sent the courier in such a bad packing that it got completely dismantled, which led to courier company (Shadowfax) unable to deliver. Had to frantically run around to get my package of whatever was left. The post sales is so bad that they didnt even bother to call back and check on what went wrong. Worst, dont trust this platform.

This is the 3rd class company and its service is worsted. i have created return order of product and till 15 days still no one came to pick it. their delivery boy call me everyday and in end of day they declined their delivery. my money is still stuck and no reply from anyone. i would give less then 1star in review if i would posible.. very bad experience in first time..

Very bad customer service, they don't deliver on Sunday yet they promise you the express delivery.

I suggest everyone to not order from them.

I had ordered twice, & never received the order. Their delivery partner claims they attempted delivery but never got a single call from them.

Most disgusting shopping platform....it is totally based on da delivery boys ...few delivery boys r running HOPSCOTCH....it's fooling da ppl bt giving dates of delivery....The most Ghattia app is HOPSCOTCH

Very very cheap cloth used. Imagine the cheapest fabric available to man. And they charge 3 times the amount of the cloth.

The worst experience with hopscotch, and their delivery partner “delhivery”. These are a bunch of liers who cannot even deliver you your package after 15 days of pf placing order with them in the times when you get orders delivered within few days to your doorsteps. They should not be trusted and one should rather order from meesho instead of them!!!

It is really really nice ..I love the quality and colors...
Delivery was also on time...
But overall it's best...it won't disappoint you..

Sent cheap and old product and even after follow up for 3 weeks they did not refund amount.customer service is bad .will not recommend hopscotch to anyone.

They r cheater ....they didn't refund my money worth rupees 7283....they said I send them wrong product from another account which I hv ..1 yr back....

Really bad experience shopping with hopscotch. I have ordered 5 items through hopscotch. Only two item was delivered and three item they cancelled it. Two item delivered defrent days. They didn't even email me or notified me about cancellation item.
I will never buy again with this company. I asked them to removed price tag because it was a gift. They didn't even removed price

I think this is a bad application. Some things bought from this site are not delivered on time in my opinion . Delivery system is very bad and late. Please do not order anything in this side.Because also i had not got my two parcel after 6 days complete of delivey time & also till now

Fantastic shop , such an amazing array of dresses in all sizes. Fantastic staff the lady was such a help from the minute we walked in till we walked out ! We got it all the there top to toe! Prices are great ! My little girl really enjoyed her experience!

I have ordered one frock cost 4200 rs and i have received totally china product looking like made from very cheap material so I returned that order and then till now I have not received my refund they are saying it will take time it will take time but it's being more than a month I have not received my refund fake company fake products
