I had a very disappointing experience with this brand. The product I received was of very poor, low-grade quality and did not meet my expectations at all.

What made the experience even worse was their coupon/discount system. A coupon was apparently applied to the order, and because of this, the product became non-returnable. It felt like the system was designed in a way that customers may not realize the return restrictions until it is too late.

I strongly recommend checking the return policy and coupon terms carefully before placing an order. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from Sudathi.

Never ever fall for their lies.all fake reviews on their website..I tried in name of shark tank. Brought 3 sarees.. ..they were not same as shown in pics.wanted to return as everywhere they claim..no questions asked return .. but when I tried to return..they refused saying.. return only on fresh pieces.. this was mentioned nowhere. Felt cheated. They won't be able to run for long with these traits.

Poor quality saree. Look like Road side saree. Image is completely different from received product. Don't buy. Completely waste of money.

Guys don't buy anything from sudathi its fake... 15 din may product deliver hota hai then product ki quality itni ghatiya ista Ganda kapda ... 200 rs. Ki saree ka kapda nhi acha hoga but sudathi se mat Lena... return policy koi bhi nahi hai sirf site par like hai return policy hai .... but hoga nahi customer support nahi hai email ids chalti nahi inki ... return refund kuch nahi hota fake hai mat Lena maine 3 saree li thii 3noo bekar hai 4000 rs. Mere waste ho gaye.. plz mat buy karo kuch bhi sudathi se.... return nahi hoga refund nahi hoga .... owners are fraud.logo kay paise loot Tey hai inka bhi bhala nahi hoga.

The product received are very poor quality.. they show exchange and return policy but they are hidden items through which you cannot return it ....
Very difficult to connect to customer care....
Even if you are able to connect to customer care which is very difficult.. they talk very rudely...

Worst experience ever! I placed a COD order on 16 September, but my order was not shipped even after several days. I repeatedly tried to contact the WhatsApp support team regarding my order, but they did not respond to my queries. Due to the lack of communication and poor customer service, I finally had to cancel my order today. Very disappointing experience. I would definitely not recommend ordering from Sudarthi.

I purchased two sarees for my sister, and unfortunately, both products arrived damaged and were of very poor quality. I tried to return them, but there was no return option available—only an exchange for the same saree.
I am extremely disappointed with the product quality and customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this app and checking other reliable options before placing an order.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sudathi.

I ordered a saree from their website, but unfortunately, the quality of the product was not as expected. Because of the poor quality, I returned the saree and requested a refund.

It has now been more than a week, but I still haven't received the refund amount.

I have also tried contacting Sudathi customer care multiple times. However, my calls are kept on hold, and even after waiting for around 10 minutes, I wasn't able to connect with a customer-care representative.

I understand that refunds can sometimes take a few days to process, but the lack of proper customer support is extremely frustrating.

I strongly recommend everyone not to purchase anything from this site. My experience with Sudati Saree has been extremely disappointing.

The delivery was delayed by 5 days, customer support was extremely difficult to reach, and when I finally managed to speak with a customer support executive, she behaved rudely and unprofessionally.

To make matters worse, the delivery partner appears to have updated a false remark stating that they were unable to contact me at my registered number. I did not receive even a single call from the delivery partner. How is it possible to claim that I was unreachable when I have only one contact number registered with the order?

The poor customer service, delayed delivery, lack of proper communication, and incorrect delivery remarks have made this a complete waste of my time and money. I would strongly advise everyone to think twice before ordering from this site.

I placed an order, I'm unable to cancel it because it's delivery timeline is not as I expected. No-one is responding on call or messages.

Their saree are not same quality as shown in picture, it worst sarees never buy the, they don't return it also, the quality is tooo bad, it is painful very hard material, I lost my money, I can't even give anyone also, I need my refund

I ordered some sarees from them, they sent me one wrong color saree, and when I raised a return request, they didn't update it anywhere on the app, when I called customer care, they said pick up from your area is non-servicable. This is the bad excuse I got from them when I asked for pickup and refund. Never had any issues with delivery or pick up from my location in a big city.

Sudathi don't get good-quality clothes here. They mention "silk woven," but the actual material is a silk blend.

You must have heard the saying about Gujarati businessmen—

"The first impression is the last impression."

That's exactly how I felt after seeing the quality of the fabric used in your sarees.

I would like to share my personal customer experience.

I placed an order, but later due to some reasons I wanted to cancel it. Normally, on most platforms, customers get an option to cancel their order within the allowed time period. However, on your website and app, there is no option available for customers to cancel their own orders.

Placing an order is very easy, but if a customer does not want to continue with the order for any reason, they have to completely depend on customer support. In my opinion, the customer who places the order and makes the payment should also have the ability to make the final decision about cancellation.

If orders are accepted 24/7, then the customer support system should also be improved. At least there should be a proper callback system or a self-service cancellation option.

I have been trying to contact the support team for almost a week for just a simple cancellation request, but the issue is still not resolved. Even Instagram support replies after many hours or sometimes days.

My intention is not just to complain, but to highlight an area where the customer experience can be improved. I hope the company reviews this process and makes cancellation and support easier for customers.

सबसे बड़ी समस्या customer support की है। शाम 6:30 बजे के बाद support नहीं मिलता और शनिवार को यह gap और भी बढ़ जाता है। रविवार को भी support उपलब्ध नहीं होता।

Business कभी भी चल सकता है क्योंकि customer कभी भी order कर सकता है, लेकिन जब customer को order cancel करना हो तो कोई आसान रास्ता नहीं मिलता।

पैसे आपके हैं, order आपका है और फैसला भी आपका होना चाहिए कि आपको सामान लेना है या cancel करना है। लेकिन online payment करने के बाद मुझे आसान cancellation option नहीं मिला।

बाकी e-commerce platforms पर अक्सर dispatch से पहले order cancel किया जा सकता है, लेकिन यहां customer को आसान choice नहीं मिलती।

सोचिए आपने अपनी बहन, पत्नी या माँ के लिए साड़ी खरीदी और उन्हें पसंद नहीं आई, तो order cancel करना मुश्किल हो सकता है।

हर customer को अधिकार है कि वह अपनी पसंद से कहीं से भी खरीदारी करे।
