I'm very pleased with my new windows. Good workers didn't stop till the work was finished. Cleaned up afterwards I didn't have to do anything.

No issues at all. Very professional from start to finish.

Guys were running late due to no fault of there own they called and kept me updated with timing etc, still completed the work in the day they said they would. Guys that fitted the doors were great, hardworking, friendly and showed and explained about everything after they were fitted, I got a call afterwards from management asking how the job went etc. Would highly recommend done a great job.

We had 12 windows installed in May last year. Eddie and his team were fantastic. They completed the job in one day and the clean up afterwards was immaculate. One of our windows subsequently became faulty. Davie, the engineer, came on time last Tuesday (4th November) and sorted the problem. Great service all round.

Great experience had 5 windows and a patio door put in the guys were great very polite and left the place very tidy afterwards can’t be any happier with the work would really recommend them great family company

A long read but a must read if you are going to use this mob.
I would never recommend this company . Poor customer service . We recieved our letter confirmimg our installation date . 2 days later we recieved a call changing the installation date so i had to change the holidays i had booked off for to accomodaye them so not off to a good start . The woman dealing with us as our point of contact wasn't great at her job . Once all fitted she phoned for balance of payment . As there was a safety latch missing from window in my son's room I refused to pay until the latch was fitted . Told me I couldnt do that and I better pay . She took a complete strop and said she would speak to the bosses . I was told by the sales rep I was to pay in full once I was happy with the job . Got a text short time later saying latch will b fitted next day . I phoned them and paid in full once latch was fitted . There was other minor snaggings to b sorted . They have finally finished the snaggings today it has only taken them 6 months . Claire never phoned once to tell us anything she really needs to go on a customer services course because she is clearly needing trained properly . Over the six months there has been a few dates booked when they didn't turn up . No phone call to let us know or apologise despite having taken time off work or unable to work an overtime shift to await ton them arriving. The fitter turning up without the right parts to complete all the snaggings. Everything handled in a totally amateurish way with the only communication from them.being text messages I just assume they don't know how to treat customers who paid them cash for all new windows and doors in a semi detached house . So from the start none of the service was really up to a good standard except for the 2 fitters who done the job . Issues with windows because they say they make their own and if they do they maybe want to employ someone to check the actual quality of what is built . Once they had my money it has just felt like they could not care less about giving a good service .
So I would urge people to look around and see if there is better companies that you could use because this company did not meet the standards they claimed they would . Now that the work is finally completed there us still 1 issue with the new back door they fitted and the worker who does the snagging list does not seem to be able to fix it and is just telling my wife a load of technical nonsense as to why the door won't close properly unless u push the handle up to engage the locking mechanism . So if we just close the door without pushing the handle up and engaging the locking mechanism then there is 2 gaps that we can see daylight coming through. But yeh they have happily taken my money and cant fix the issue with the door .

Great service from start to finish with Homesealed, I’m delighted with my new doors. The fitters on the day (Mark & Craig) were very professional and informative regarding the full installation process. They arrived for the job early and left the house immaculate. I couldn’t recommend the company highly enough and I won’t hesitate to contact them again for any future home improvements.

If I could give no stars I would, paid my deposit in September and have heard nothing about work starting, have not responded to emails or telephone calls RIP OFF COMPLETE RIP OFF STAY WELL CLEAR NOT REPUTABLE have to go to court to claim deposit back

A great experience throughout from start to finish for our new windows. A good informative sales pitch and good workmanship carried out on the day of installation with no mess left behind. We were alerted to a small crack in one of the panels in the bedroom window. This is our only issue however this is currently being rectified. Would use this company again and recommend to others.

From the visit from James, the sales person, to the instalment of the windows, the whole experience was 5 star. The team who put the windows in ( Dougie and Adam- forgive me if I’ve not got names correct) were courteous and very professional. The workmanship was outstanding and they left the house exceptionally tidy. They did have two days to complete the job but they decided to work on and completed the job in one day! Windows and doors are excellent quality.
Any communication with the company has been first class- they couldn’t be more helpful. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone thinking if replacing windows and/ or doors.

Had a minor bump to begin with as figures were slightly wrong but service since has been great. Lots of choices available, easily explained and then didn’t have to wait long for installation.
The installation was perfect, only taking 6 hours to complete our whole house with new windows and doors. Love the quality and look of everything and they have supplied a plasterer to fix any little tiny wholes caused by the install around the windows. Would definitely recommend.

David Frew Just had Windows fitted by Homeseal. Good quality, the fitters were fantastic Malcolm, Ross and Keiran they never stopped not even 5 min. What a team of workers. Cleaned up all mess. Shown all features asked if I was happy with the work before they left. Would definitely recommend or use again in the future.

I had my front windows, door and pirch replaced. Then 6 months larer my back windows and door completed. The work was fast and efficient both installing teams left the areas well finished and clean. I had my Loft insulation and gutters and Soffits replaced by Homeseal Insulation was fine but Gutters and Soffits was a very unprofessional finish. The guys were obviously Sub contracted by Homeseal. He left his own number if I had any problems .I called him out three times The gutter seperated from next door t he sorted that.2Years on customers services have fobbed me off after wind damage they even said they hadn't done the job.I have all the paperwork and the so called 10 year Guarantee Pictures available

We had recently moved in to a large tenement flat and needed to replace some very old and damaged windows.
We met with the sales consultant Becca, who was very thorough and consultative. She knew we would initially be prioritising some windows and returning later to complete the project.

From commitment through to fitting of windows , all was very smooth with no problems. All the staff, sales, surveyor, window fitters and admin were friendly, helpful and professional. The window fitters were friendly, tidy and quick, making sure I knew about the features again before they left. Post sales team quickly followed up to ensure we were happy. We had a really good experience, would highly recommend. Will definitely consult with Becca again when we return to complete the project. Thanks Becca and Home Sealed.

Everyone involved at Home Sealed were polite and professional from start to finish. The sales staff explained everything and admin staff were easily contactable for any further questions we had.
We had roughcast to our home which took 3 days.The workmen were quick, efficient and polite and friendly.
