The workmen arrived on time, completed the work to quality standard, removed the old installation and cleared up efficiently after the work was finished.

From start to finish all was good the fitter was excellent and easy to get on with and explained everything to us and when had a problem came out right away to fix it

Our experience with Arctic was positive from start to finish. The staff and installers worked together as a solid team to ensure all went to plan. Rex was very professional in his sales manner and his knowledge helped us get what we wanted. Todd, the surveyor, was very thorough and he certainly instilled confidence with his attention to detail. We found Molly and other office/admin staff to be very helpful and pleasant on the phone. They ensured all reminders and communications were delivered, as promised.
The installation was completed in the time frame expected. In our opinion, Jamie proved to be a first class joiner. The manner in which he approached the job made it evident that he is an artisan who loves what he does. For example, there was one particularly tricky sill with features that left us in doubt of a positive outcome. Jamie made some clever adaptations that were perfect!
Jamie and Kelvin kept a good momentum and both were upbeat and personable.
There were a couple of minor hiccups, which were promptly sorted by Jim, a seasoned professional in the trade. His followup care made us feel we received a quality job.
We love our new windows and will gladly recommend Arctic to friends and family. Thanks everyone!

Installer was friendly tidy and didn't take very long with installation

Recently had a large patio door fitted , very happy .First class installation team , professional ,respectful and left the area tidy.

The quality of finish was first class,the hard work and dedication they put in was amazing! I hope this feedback inspires others to use this company for there home improvements as the quality of the doors and windows as I said was nothing short of brilliant.

Absolutely brilliant, Arctic Improvements from the first quote until the end of the installation have been brilliant. Everyone has been very polite, easy to contact, the installation team were quick get everything done and cleaned up.
