Do not do business with this company
Done an online form to see if we could qualify for a discount on some new windows. Someone came out the following night and gave a whole sales pitch for a good hour and half. I thought this would just be a 10 minute situation with someone looking at our windows and telling us how much we could get towards a discount.
Was quoted over 4k for two windows which at first didn't seem too bad as we had never done anything like this before but after talking with family we were told that it was far too much and we could get the whole house done for a price like that.
We paid a £399 'admin fee' but decided against it and requested a refund. We waited 5 days to be contacted about said refund and was told we would have to someone come out to sign forms to get the money back. Turns out the manager was sent out to us to get us to stay with them and was offered 2k for the whole place to be done after saying no twice to 2k for the two windows then 2k for the whole place.
Also calling from No caller ID at multiple times a day as well as phoning from mobile numbers. They have phoned me twice already since cancelling once thinking I was enquiring again and second was the sales guy asking to come round again.
Absolutely ridiculous customer service and no communication between anyone in any department.

Had Homeseald out for consultation. I needed a bespoke bedroom window as my wife wanted to go back to curtains. I found their service first class and would definitely use again. They cleaned up and left my room spotless when finished.

I had to give 1 star as you cannot put in zero stars. From start to finish this has been a nightmare. The pushy sales rep making us think we were getting a deal, if he spoke to his manager he could get a discount as our house would be a show home for the windows, scrappage scheme for the windows would give us money. We agreed to take finance, when it didn’t go through they continued to try other companies, without our permission. I had to query this as I was not happy. When we got an installation date the installers turned up 7 hours late, multiple calls to the company and promises they would call us, never happened. Our installers turned up at 3 in the afternoon and didn’t leave u till after 7 during the winter, otherwise we would have had no patio door. They had to come back the next day due to not being completed. They also sent a part the wrong size so windows not finished. I was so fed up calling to get them back to install the last part of the window, which they had to send someone out to check that it was in fact missing, the gapping hole next to the window and the fact they took the part away with them wasn’t enough, apparently. It took over a month to get the windows some what sorted. They had fitted bits wrong that had to be taken out and re fitted. No vents in the windows, even though it is on our contract, apparently we asked for no vents, which two of their own staff advised was illegal and our insurance company. They had to come out and put in vents, btw you can get similar vents for £4.99 from amazon but they made out like they where doing us a favour, even though it was illegal and required. Do not use this company. Also their customer services manager had only been their 2 weeks when we complained. Still waiting on an outcome. we have been shouted at, ignored, called liars and been spoken over so many times we gave up. Please be careful who you buy windows from, not every company is as they seem

We understand on this occasion we have failed to meet your exceptions and for that we sincerely apologise.
We are delighted to hear that our fitters went above and beyond to work late to complete your installation , even in the challenging winter weather and returning the next day to make sure you were complete and fully satisfied. This is the type of customer experience we strive for.
We are also delighted to hear our customer care team liased with our engineers to organise a full inspection of the property to allow us to carry out any outstanding work. We marked you as priority and carried out all works before we closed for the holiday period. This is the level of customer care we give to every single customer , we are sorry if on this occasion you felt that was not enough.
As a gesture of goodwill we fitted vents to your windows at no cost to you even when we were not contracted to do as per the contract signed by your husband. We done this to help you with your insurance quotation and at the time you were completely satisfied with this.
We did receive your complaint regarding loss of earnings which we would have reviewed and got back to you immediately. Unfortunately we have to date received no evidence of this so we are unable to add this to your file.
Unfortunately due to the level of abuse directed towards our customer care staff , under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 we had to take the steps to protect our staff from verbal abuse and spoke with your husband who agreed it was best to deal with him. We understand this will be frustrating for you but we have a Zero - Tolerance policy for this type of behaviour as this was experienced by our staff both in your home and via the telephone.
We have at all times maintained a professional approach but we absolutely can't allow this level of abuse towards our staff.
We did call just before the Holidays to check on your wellbeing , as after a conversation with your husband we felt there might have been an underlying issue. Again we are here to fully support you if any further issue arises but we have to protect our staff. We hope you understand.
We are still very much here to support you throughout your Homesealed Warranty and will do everything we can to continue to provide you with our excellent customer care service, should you need us.
We understand it must be frustrating that our compensation offer did not meet your expectations but due to our gesture of goodwill already applied to your account , we felt on this occasion all compensation had been final.

Guys arrived on time weather was terrible thought no way they could work in freezing cold and strong wind but they just got on with it even when they saw how bad my door and surrounding wood build was rotten through but got head's down and ripped it apart cleaning all the mess up and completing a complicated fit in good time and professionally fitted thank's guy's will recomend to all 5 stars
