Ali on the paint mixing counter in the Abingdon branch was fantastic. Having initially found the paint that I'd asked for - which wasn't an exact match to the colour I needed - he then mixed paint for me to the exact colour!

Not quite sure why a review is required? Ordered online collected later in day. Isn’t that how it’s supposed to work?

Chose a click & collect. On collecting the items both were handed to me in a damaged state. The assistant checked the last two in stock and they were both damaged as well. As none of them had packaging I can only assume they were ex display items, that I had been charged for. Immediately asked for a refund, I expected better

Item , paint, was brought to me a neighbour (150 metres away ). Said he had found it thrown over his fence. This is despite warning labels that it should be handled carefully. Fortunately there was no damage

The stock level on the website was wildly inaccurate so I only ended up being able to collect 3 of the 5 things I needed. And it took 20 minutes for two employees to figure it out.

The staff members were very apologetic and refunded the difference straight away.

Went to buy 20 rolls of turf, made very easy by Sarah who even helped me load them into the car

Hopeless service - ordered item for collect from store on 16th Aug because website said it would be available for next day collection (17th) and I required it for the weekend. I was not advised until 20th that the item was awaiting collection. A 3 day delay - would not have ordered item if I had known this.

Ordered paint for collection, £84 for 2 tins, gave the wrong paint and havent noticed till got home, nobody answers the phone, absolutely rubbish!

We travelled 100 miles to collect the order to find only 3 packs of the 12 I ordered. The barcode or photo on the website was wrong. I took an alternative which I wouldn’t have initially chosen. No discount offered. Rather disappointed

Really easy to order and collect and lovely chap carried my order out to my car which he didn't have to do.
