Ali (Ally) not sure of spelling so apologies - was immensely helpful on Sunday morning. I can't lift bags of grit, sand, compost etc, so I asked if there might be a way someone could load up a trolley for me and put it in the boot of the car. He was really helpful, patient and his customer service skill was faultless. Well done indeed and his store should recognize this.

Matthew Toms was excellent
Matthew Toms was excellent, listen to what I had worries about with a certain part of the kitchen and came up with a fantastic new layout - love it. Matthew takes time to talk things through with you and his contact and communication is great. Matthew is such a talented design person and it was the best thing I did coming to Homebase and meeting Matthew. I just love the way he designed the kitchen and came up with some little extras in the design that has proved really helpful.

Looking to buy a storage box
We came in looking for a new garden storage box and was looking for the keter kentwood when a staff member called Ali, asked if we needed any help which we did he helped us buy the kentwood and even helped us with a lock for it. He was great the best customer service i have ever had!

Ordered garden furniture from Kizzey from Abingdon store,fabulous service from team member. Wanted cover at time of purchase but was out of stock and couldn’t be ordered with the spirit. She said she would keep an eye out on availability & call me.True to her word 5 days later a furniture cover to go with my spirit set . Good price, First class service .
