So easy to order the tyres on line and the men were so easy to talk to and got me sorted. Good range of tyres to order from.

Having used my vehicles manufacturer for MOT/services for many years, I wanted to find a reliable, local service provider, with no extortionate costs, to look after my car this time around. Well I can honestly say that this team, headed by a lovely welcoming Zac, was amazing from start to finish. When I drove the car off the forecourt, it felt brand new to drive. I had a decent amount of work to be completed in one visit which included MOT/ Service/ New tyre/ Air Con re-gas, everything done and to a very high standard. The service/ customer experience was excellent. From pulling onto the forecourt, initially to have a quick tyre review, Zac was with me before I even exited the car. The following morning, booking in and being informed of the process and timescales were conveyed quickly and with detail, always with a smile and I felt valued and important as a customer. When I arrived to collect the car I was given a full breakdown of what had happened, been changed, needs attention and what recommendations I needed to be aware of before my next MOT/ Service. Honestly impressed from start to finish and cannot sing their praises as a collective team there at Oldbury, they were and have been amazing. If you want people/ team you can trust, professional/ experienced/ knowledgeable and friendly, and very cost effective compared to other providers, then HiQ Oldbury is a must for you. They have made a customer for life from me.
