Easy to book online and have used these guys for quite. A number of years now the only niggle is they always come up with a larger bill than that quoted online even if no extra work done so I always have to challenge it to get back to the price I was given online

Great customer service, friendly staff, good work. Arrived with my flat tyre & wheel in the boot, running on my get-you-home wheel; very pleased they changed over the wheels and put my get-you-home wheel very neatly back in the boot. Thank you.

Ordered tyres online which was very simple just made sure I ordered the correct one and I was prompted to ensure it was correct and booked a slot it was very easy
Everyone was very helpful and I have never been in a tyre fitters so clean with comfortable clean chairs

Although the tyres ate ok
Although the tyres ate ok. It took 3 appts before our tyres were fitted
We found this to be poor and seems to be a common occurance as my sonn had the same issue.

All aspects of having my 2 tyres fitted…
All aspects of having my 2 tyres fitted at this business were first class up until i was handed the keys after completion. I couldn't see the car ready for pick up and was told it was 'somewhere in the car park' - it would have been nice for a member of staff to have taken me to it or at least shown me where it was. Other than this good service.

A Usef Auto care centre
Easy to order the tyres on line, the website was well designed. The waiting facilities at the centre are very well designed with comfortable seating. The tyre fitting and exhaust fitting was carried out to a high standard.

Good service
Good service, friendly staff. When booking online it doesn't say whether the tyre is actually in stock meaning we had to leave the car and go back to collect when tyre had arrived. Would use again though.

No problem with ordering tyre
No problem with ordering tyre, but when I arrived I was told it was it would be 2hrs as you only had 1 tyre fitter and he was just going to lunch!
When I returned a couple of hours later, l was served by a young man who was much more professional and sorted out my tyre.
