I got a puncture and was told that it would be an hour wait so left my car.five minutes later she called me to say that the tyre was too badly damaged and that two other tyres were dangerous which I knew about but had forgotten. She gave me a price and then got the job done straight away. I believe her name was Lisa, being disabled it was a godsend and had me on my way very quickly

Great reception team and mechanics too. Was able to book a short notice trye change that was done quickly, and it was reasonably priced too.

Bought my car in a few times now, always excellent service. Lisa on the front desk is always polite and very helpful. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I had my MOT and Service done here yesterday and recommend them to everyone. The service is amazing as always by Lisa on reception and the boys in the workshop go above and beyond every time. I will always this garage.

Subsequent to an altercation with a pothole, I suffered an instant deflation of my front right tyre (damaged beyond repair) and, as a local Cab Driver I was placed in a situation where I needed urgent help to replace the tyre and get back on the road as quickly as possible to avoid too much of a loss in earnings. HiQ - and Lewis in particular - were nothing short of fantastic ... the incident luckily happened within 300 yards of their premises and they were able to fit me in and complete the replacement of my tyre within 25 minutes - at short notice! Far too often we are inclined to complain about bad service. Good old fashioned service like I received in this case needs to be applauded. Thank you, Gentlemen!

Staff are very friendly, willing to help and I am happy that they are my local garage. I’ve been using this garage for roughly 10 years now from when it was called Triangle Cars.
