Excellent service , good price also

Good price, fast fitting,appointment on time.

Arrived 10 minutes early and the fitter started immediately. Both front tyres replaced in 15 minutes, super service. Best prices from all the garages I looked up in the Leicester/ Hinckley area.

Dangerous place, vulgar, pathological employees. A friend, or the mother of these people, damaged my car and then fled the scene of the accident, driving around Hinckley, trying to lose me, then she hid like a rat in that place, and then the rude employees ran out, claiming that nothing had happened. Everything is reported to the police.
Who employs such simple people?

The work was carried quickly and reasonably efficiently.
My only issue was my new tyres were all at the wrong pressure when I tested them otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

It’s the first time I’ve bought tyres from HiQ. I used their website and had them fitted at my local HiQ centre. From buying the tyres online to having them fitted I was impressed with the service I received. Once the tyres arrived at the centre I was informed by text and advised to ring and arrange a time to have them fitted. I received the text around 8am and the tyres were fitted by 10am. The tyre fitter was very efficient and friendly, the price I paid was very competitive. I have given 5 stars for the service I received and would certainly recommend this centre.

Arrived at pre-arranged time and work was started immediately. Told it would take an hour, but was done in 35 minutes.

The visits recently were for punctures! Each time Chris, I think his name is, was able to repair immediately and sort it out. So grateful as we transport our grandson. He explained why in some cases repairs are not advised. So the customer service is excellent. I drove in on Saturday as my tpms was flashing and noticed a nail, yet again, in the front tyre. These were advisory on my mot a few months ago so he devised me to get two new tyres and not drive if I could avoid due to the condition. I asked him to order tyres and today rue called me to say they were in. I drove over and he replaced them straight away. Top service and a real hard working man. He has a great sense of humour and we had a good banter, a professional tyre man who I cannot thank enough for the work! Without decent tyres keeping you on the road you have nothing. It’s life saving!

Have used Chris and Barry for a long time now, and always get top quality of service.
