Super service. Sold my property on a busy bend in the road quickly.

We sold and bought with Hinchliffe Holmes and we were very pleased with their service. Charlotte was exceptional in her communication from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

Hinchliffe Holmes (Northwich office) were fantastic. Clayton, in particular, went above and beyond to push through what should have been a very straightforward sale, but the solicitor for the buyers made things very tricky. He was always polite and understanding during our (many) phone calls. Thanks so much, Clayton! I would recommend Hinchliffe Holmes to sell your property.

Horrible experience. Was late to the viewing by over an hour which didn't give much hope. After the viewing they dragged their feet and were impossible to contact. A month later we decided to take our business elsewhere as we had no update since our viewing only to get a call after we told them we were moving on, spoke unprofessionally and horribly to my partner. Disgusting service.

Very unprofessional, drag their feet and are very over priced. Save your money folks and go else where.
They send threatening emails aswell.
Avoid.

I recently sold my mum's property with Hinchcliffe Holmes and was extremely impressed with the service they provided right from the very start with Sam valuation of the property. This high level of service continued with Charlotte, as nothing was to much trouble for her and this was a massive benefit to me as I lived 50 minutes away from the property. Given the age and presentation of the property it was also not an easy sell for them, but they kept on pushing the property and eventually it was sold, which I do not think would have been possible without their determination to achieve a sale. Based on all of the above and my experience with Hinchcliffe Holmes I would definitely recommend them, as in my opinion they go above and beyond to provide an excellent service and eagerness to sell your property.

This is the third time I have used Hinchliffe Holmes and again had a very reliable service with great communication.

We sold our property with them and the staff who completed the viewing for a potential buyer completely blanked me and never introduced himself when he arrived at my home.
He had a very rude approach.
I would never reccomend them!

Selling a house is a stressful time, you want someone that is working hard for you and doing their best to assist you. From our first meeting, the personal and modern touch to selling houses was very different from our previous experiences and that of the other estate agents we approached this time. Josh was knowledgeable and his advice was very much appreciated. The advertising and brochure were impressive. The team was efficient at organising what was required, but we feel the most impressive aspect was their communication with us. Keeping us up to date with progress. All queries were answered almost immediately and followed up in a timely fashion, no leaving messages and waiting for replies.

WOW! What a brilliant experience. From the very beginning when Josh Hinchcliffe said how they would market our house, the process of the sale and more importantly the process after an offer is received right through to completion and moving, every word came true.
Every stage is done professionally and efficiently but more so is tailored to you and really personable. Communication is quick and excellent, the normal frustration when moving is not knowing what is going on but I knew at all stages with Hinchcliffe, I had regular contact and I felt at ease contacting whenever I felt the need.
It helps that they operate 7 days a week, their accompanied visits make a huge difference and now at completion I can't thank the team allocated to me of Sam, Charlotte and Josh enough.
Before Hinchcliffe I tried a cheap prepaid agent and after offer it all went wrong with devastating consequences. Hinchcliffe came along and did everything properly and restored my faith in people. I have sold many times but their knowledge of the market and current trends was brilliant, its not a surprise why they have won so many awards.
I cannot recommend them enough, they are outstanding!

Great service, from our initial valuation through to completion. Predominantly dealt with Sam, who was quick to respond, honest and helpful, but the rest of the team were equally good. I wouldn't hesitate to use Hincliffe Holmes again.

Great service and good advice throughout the sale of my property. Communication was key - all parties were kept informed during a long drawn out process, due to unforseen circumstances with the property I was selling. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Despite two phone calls, and 3 x messages (requesting viewing on a property) I have yet to receive any response whatsoever.

My sale was dealt with by Amir and his team via the Tarporley branch, although Amir is actually the Lettings Manager. Cannot fault Hinchliffe Holmes. The photographs of the property were extremely professional, as was the photographer. Amir went above and beyond when I asked for advice and information. He always called me back promptly and helped me through some frustrating issues.

Horrific Service at Tarporley Branch. Did not attempt to offer any level of service. Never answered or returned phone calls, and overcharged. I pulled my listing with them in a couple of weeks and went with a different agent who was much better. I would avoid Hinchliffe
