My sale was dealt with by Amir and his team via the Tarporley branch, although Amir is actually the Lettings Manager. Cannot fault Hinchliffe Holmes. The photographs of the property were extremely professional, as was the photographer. Amir went above and beyond when I asked for advice and information. He always called me back promptly and helped me through some frustrating issues.

Horrific Service at Tarporley Branch. Did not attempt to offer any level of service. Never answered or returned phone calls, and overcharged. I pulled my listing with them in a couple of weeks and went with a different agent who was much better. I would avoid Hinchliffe

Simply cannot be bothered to call you back. Don't waste your time Go to a professional set up. Manners cost nothing Hinchcliffe - except business.

The Northwich branch never answered the phone or responded to emails. We had to repeatedly leave messages with the Tarporley branch to try to get someone to call us back. Emails were rarely answered. When we did eventually get a call back, we were often given misleading information or promised something that would not happen. If I saw another property I was interested in being sold by this company, it would certainly put me off as I would not like the additional stress this company caused us.

Many thanks to the team at Hinchliffe Holmes for their dedication and efficiency in dealing with the sale of our property in Bunbury. They are always one step ahead and I highly recommend them. I cannot thank you enough!

Hinchliffe Homes are, without a doubt, the worst estate agents firm I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with.
Firstly, Josh was late for our viewing. Great start.
We loved the house anyway (no thanks to Josh, who stood in one place and didn’t actually try to ‘sell’ the property). We made an offer which was accepted and the usual conveyancing process began.
Naturally, we tried to contact Josh as we neared completion and he didn’t even answer the phone or reply to our text.
Completion day arrived and we still hadn’t been able to speak with Josh about the process for collecting the keys (I mean, not that that’s a big deal or anything 🙄). A family member was in Northwich that day and went into their shop to ask Josh in person. He said ‘oh it depends what time it is, if completion is after 1230 then they’ll need to go to Tarporley’ (even though the house was in Northwich). He was asked why he hasn’t answered our calls/texts and responded with ‘oh’ that was it .. ‘oh’.
We actually managed to complete at 1115 (this would be great news because it was before 1230 and we didn’t need to travel to Tarporley) so we called the office only to be told we needed to travel to Tarporley to get the keys.
Then, upon arriving, at the time they were expecting me to, I was asked to provide ID, something that was not mentioned on the phone, and I had none with me, having travelled from Northwich (25mins). Thankfully they accepted my work ID and I was allowed to take the keys that they made so difficult to collect.
In summary, avoid Hinchliffe Holmes at all costs if you’d like a smooth process when buying your new home.
