I had my first device replace ( which took 3 months to arrive, the quit working after 2 sessions) the replaced the device I've been using for a few months, have seen little to no reduced hair from it and it has died again( turns on but no response when clicking the button. Not sure how to procede, I'm extremely disappointed.

Machine not turning on. I am using hey silky skin for 2 months…

I am using hey silky skin for 2 months after every week the results are slow though but now my machine does not turn on. I plug it in and press the green button but it doesn't turn on but only green button is blinking. I thought may be it has to be charged. Put it for few hours and then press green button but nothing happened.. Machine doesn't turn on. I used it in great care.. Its just like new but doesnt turn on green button blinks when I plug in. Plz help. What to do.. Im so disappointed ..

Dear Heysilkyskin

I have sent emails on the given email address to return the product and refund my money back for the heysilkyskin laser hair removal product.

I have been using if now for over 6 weeks and haven’t noticed any slow in growth either.

Mentioned this before and as i have been told to use it with maximum settings and per weeks sessions. I continued that but i am not at all satisfied:
Guide me for sending this machine back to claim my money back please.

DO NOT purchase! I'm more than positive that most of these reviews come from the company. I've been using this device for months and I see zero improvement. It also has a weird noise and it turns off after a minute of use. I've reached out to customer care and no reply. Do not fall for this scam. Save a bit more money for a better quality product.

I got the handset for hair removal in…

I got the handset for hair removal in September and it worked fine until a very weird noise started and the handset no longer works like before, I sent them email with a video and they claim that there’s nothing unfamiliar with the noise and that’s normal. That’s not true, that noise started about 4/6 weeks ago only. Don’t buy it, customer service is bad and the handset is faulty.

second device that is broken. used 3 times each. they were fair enough and sent me the second one after I said what happened. “nice” of them.
unfortunately, the second one stoped working too.
support team has answered and I’m waiting.
hoping for good news. I’m still not satisfied, obviously.

Been using for a few months

Been using for a few months, every week. No results. I used to go to a salon and get it done and i would see immediate results, nothing with this device, waste of money

Update; i wrote an email and they clearly didnt ready since they tell me to do what i told them i did. And no reply nor help.

What a Waste of Money

Ive had my machine since April/ May 2019 but only used it maybe 4-5 times (without much luck I must add). Just got the machine out again (Dec 2020) and the machine lights up but doesn't flash. The blue light just keeps roaming back and forth, and nothing (even waiting up to 15mins for the machine to warm up???) gets the unit to flash and do its job. Followed the instructions but nothing. The 1-year warranty has passed, but the description states the lamp is meant to last for years of normal use- ha, what a joke- barely a few hours use.

I've been told these machines are copies of the original, where the original design has been copied without the quality of operation; and looking at the appalling reviews here, I'm not holding much luck at getting any response from this company.

Excellent, easy to use.

it is very easy to set up and use - I love the way you can glide it across your skin when treating larger areas (e.g. legs) which cuts down on treatment time and finger fondling. It is moulded to make it easy to hold and it isn't too heavy. The treatment is also pain free which I find fascinating as I had 1 professions laser treatment and it was so painful and expensive I never went back

I have had this for a while now and it worked great for my legs. It did sting a little bit on my under arms, but I have some very stubborn follicles there and on my face. I had a scar on my chest that is barely noticeable now, and it has been continuing to work really well! My oldest daughter loves it as well. Overall it is working and I love it! Beware of the - reviews, about 70% of them are from the same person 🤔. Thanks HeySilkySkin! Definitely worth the $$!

Paid for product and never received it-Resolved

Update:12/23/2020-After my original review, HeySilkySkin contacted me and was proactive regarding the issue of me not receiving the product. I did receive the product today, the packing slip was dated 12/17/2020 so it looks like they sent me another shipment after the review. I have updated the star rating pending without using the product. Which I will update after using it.

My purchase start on September 26, 2020 and it's December 13, 2020 and I never received the product. Initially, Hey Silky got the incorrect address. They told me to pay $8.95 and they would re-shipped me another product. All they did was take my payment and over a month later I contacted them and they said I would have to pay again but this time $9.95 for a re-shipment. So HeySilky, tells their customers to pay directly with paypal a service fee and they will re-ship your item but they don't honor the service fee. They tell you to pay again and not ship your item. They are NOT an accredited business please beware of this company. They only communicate through emails and there is no contact phone.

I am satisfied and love it!

Having used it as recommended for about 8 weeks now, I feel that my hair growth has slowed (but not stopped) it's a long term quest, but that is the same for any laser hair removal. I expect the hair to be mostly gone at the 12 week mark as I have seen so much progression already! It is true it really does not hurt at all also!!

I was SO skeptical when I purchased…

I was SO skeptical when I purchased this item, I thought that the only true way to get rid of unwanted hair growth was by seeing a professional and paying a ton of money! I was WRONG!!
This gadget really, truly, honestly works and it works amazingly at that! I've been using mine for roughly about a month now and the change is noticably substantial. On my legs specifically, I've always had very thick, dark hair that I had to shave every other day, I hated it and was my reason for trying this product. Guess what!?! Now I only have to shave every other week and the hair that I need to shave is half the amount and the hairs are so thin it's crazy. I now use it everywhere, lol. I am amazed with this product!!
I have even started using it on my boyfriend's face so that he'll no longer grow a beard and have to shave everyday.
I so greatly advise anyone and everyone that's wants permanent hair removal to most definitely purchase this product because it works! I promise you that you will not regret it!!

I don’t recommend buying from this company .

I received my package and I didn’t automatically just think oh I just got my order let me just return it .because does that even make any sense ?!!!!!!! I opened the package to see what I got and I didn’t even know which order I received because I ordered other stuff online and then I see it’s from silky skin I opened it and I didn’t like the quality of it and I also did some research online before I thought to use it to be safe ,so I seen so many people complaining and I decided to not use it at all . So I’ve never used the handset it’s the same way I got it same condition = Brand new. I emailed silky skin and I asked for a refund and a return address and I was denied and told I can’t because of sanitary issues as it’s used all over the body . And to return I have to receive the package and send it back the same exact way it came with plastic and everything . And that’s when I realized they’re scamming people and I totally wasted my money . It’s very important to do your research before buying stuff online . I don’t recommend buying from this company at all . And silky skin whoever you are I did contact you guys . And I’m very unhappy with the response .

Isssues in Delivery

I finally got the guy at my home with the delivery packet. But he asking me for the money, Rs. 3000, when I paid for it already. I refused to pay him, and he took the packet back.

Does it mean my whole money is gone?

****This is my 2nd attempt at writing this review bc the HeySilkySkin Team flagged it as "bullying" when I'm just sharing my story about how I feel robbed.****

If I could go back and investigate further about Hey Silky Skin before spending $99 on an item that took nearly 2 months to receive and deal with their terrible customer service, I would have never made a purchase with them in the first place.

Amidst a global pandemic, they still have no caution about robbing people blind. I purchased their product on March 2nd, 2020 and it didn't arrive at my old address until April 22nd. I contacted them 3 weeks after March 2nd, realizing the item wouldn't come for another month and it was going to an address I no longer live at (I moved) and they said I would have to pay the shipping to send it back:
"Australia:
Express - $16.95 AUD.
Standard - $12.95 AUD.
Rest Of World:
Express - $35.95 USD.
Standard - $22.95 USD."

Since I work in Customer Service, I know that you can RTS (Return to send) and item if it's unopened and not at the correct address (since I moved) and my landlord did just that. I check all summer to see if it returned, and still haven't heard back from them.

There was a period that I would have to DM them on Instagram because they were not responding to my emails after I shared how terrible my customer service experience was.

So here we are, it's December and they still have not refunded me my $99. Their customer service is all canned responses and no action. So sad and am never trusting them again.

We wish to advise, initially, upon moving redirection is always advised for seamless delivery. Alternative to this, we can always arrange for a refund upon the return parcels arrival back to our facility. Preference, would always be advised to our customers to arrange for a return with tracking. This ensures the return parcel can be tracked when in the process of return, and generally, arrives quite promptly so that we may in turn refund promptly also.
In this instance, as the parcel has been refused, couriers will consolidate a refused parcel as non-priority. Meaning ongoing delays may be experienced amid the pandemic, dependent upon shipping regulations in place. Additionally, return tracking is not available to view in the same way a paid return is visible.
Nevertheless, this does seem like quite an unusual delay timeframe, and I would certainly recommend contacting our Support Team so that we may escalate your request, and continue to be of further assistance to you at this time.

Delivers as promised!

This small investment is well worth it! I wanted to be sure of results. I've used the laser for three treatments and have been very pleased with the results so far. I just spent a week at the beach and only had to shave once!
