Still not received my product!

Still not received my product!

I placed a order in AUGUST already and should have receiver the product latest beginning of September.

I made countless follow ups and they refer to my local post office. I followed up with them and they cannot trace the product.

This is the 3rd time I am requesting a refund! Please contact me and process a refund urgently.

Ne fonctionne déjà plus....

I am upset about quality

I am upset about quality. I start to use it,but on second time it just didn’t work. There is no flash light working.
I waited fir 6 months to get it and now it won’t work.

Not working after three months of use

I was able to use mine for around 3 months or so. It was working fine but it stopped working abruptly and up until now its not working 😭😭😭

I have ordered my product since June

I have ordered my product since June. It's near Christmas now, I have not yet received my order. Even after my request for a money refund, my email went unreplied. It's unprofessional. Many emails I have sent. Even my reviews are being deleted on Facebook and they even blocked me on Facebook. I don't know if it's a trustworthy company. My advice, don't go for it.. I must say that I lost my money! It's really heartbreaking.

FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER

I purchased this item on the 12th of August -order #89312-H-, almost 4 months ago, still did not receive it.
When I contact DHL they ask me to get in touch with the supplier because apparently, they are not in charge of delivery, the same thing with my local post office.
The tracking number they gave me shows no info about the whereabouts of my order.
When I reach out to customer service, all I get are useless generic replies. Even on Facebook they left me on read. So frustrating
So far not happy with this experience.

I love my HeySilkySkin!

I love my HeySilkySkin!! I used to get waxed every 3 weeks and after just the first week of using my home laser I saw a difference. After two weeks of using it I was able to push my wax appt to every 4 weeks and currently I am every 5 weeks now , after using the product for about 2 months and I can’t wait till I don’t need to get waxed anymore. I also had an absolutely wonderful experience with their customer service. I will be honest and say I was nervous that I was getting a product that I saw through and ad on Instagram and that there wasn’t a “real person” that would respond to me if I had an issue but that wasn’t the case at all. I had very quick responses for their customer care team and they helped me get to a solution so quickly and were so nice and professional the entire back and forth I had with them . I really appreciated all their help !!

5weeks in not effective

I’ve been using the product for about 5 weeks as recommended, but am not seeing results. I’ve even tried higher levels and nothing.

Are there any tips or tricks that will make this effective?

Hey Miley! We recommend once a week, for 8-12 weeks initially, for complete results. Maintenance is then required to maintain silky smooth skin. Whilst some customers experience noticeable results early on, I would recommend continuing to use our Handset on a power setting which suits you for this timeframe as some users do take longer than others to experience full hair re-growth removal.

I liked it... until it stopped working

I've liked the product so far, starting seeing less hair regrowth too, but it suddenly stopped working today. The indicator light that is supposed to turn from red to blue when ready no longer turns to blue despite it working fine just last week. I want to use the product more, but I am going to be royally pissed if I wasted over a hundred dollars on this thing after only using it for a month. I so badly want to stop shaving every day PLEASE...

Best bang for my buck!!!

Granted shipping is slow ..but hey, it is during 2020 and COVID requirements are to blame.
I am absolutely thrilled with my device. I started off a week at level 1 and gradually got to level 4, it took me 2 months. My legs are currently as smooth as waxing. I use the device once a week, shave the morning of to get rid of the itty bitty stubble I have. It takes about 10 minutes for my lower legs. Now at a 4, I feel it. Yeah, I have had my underarms lasered and it is much less pain than that.
Would I purchase again? Definitely. Would I recommend to other. YES!!!!

I do not recommend this product to…

I do not recommend this product to anyone unless they just want to waste money. Results take so long and I don’t even have very thick hair. The actual laser suddenly stopped working and now this handset is completely useless for me. Don’t buy! Just spend more money and get it done professionally.

Great company backed product!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company and their company service! I had an issue with my unit not working. I contacted the company and had return contact within hours. After sending the company the information requested, they let me know, with no hesitation that a new unit was on the way. As good the treatment at the clinic

I've been doing IPL for many years on clinics for my Brazilian and under arms. I do know that the hair will grow slower and thinners before it's gone.
So don't expect magic here. I need to do touch up here and there beside start to IPL my legs. I can tell that this product is as good the treatment at the clinic. I keep thinking, why it took so long for me to find this. It can save me so much money. The result is shown on my legs after the 4th treatment.

I had some technical issues and reaching out to customer care. They are responsible and solve the problem so I can keep doing my treatments. Thank you for a good product and responsive customer care!

Worth the Time

I hate shaving, it takes so much time and you have to do it so often and even then you might miss spots or accidentally cut yourself. Not a fan. This machine is amazing in the sense that is stops all that. Like all good things, it doesn't happen right away. To be on the safe side, I started with once a week on the highest setting. After a month, I noticed how some of the hairs would just fall out if I rubbed them and it'll take weeks for them to grow back. Amazing product!!

Silky skin is not working yet

I have been using silky skin for about 5 weeks, having 2 sessions a week using level 5 on most parts of my body. I have noticed the hair growing back on my bikini area seems thinner, but I don't feel any change anywhere else. Is this normal???? I have fair skin and dark hair so optimal condition for use.

The convenience is just too good

I've been to laser appointments before but I just couldn't keep it up as I have got 4 kids who all play numerous sports each so I am just too busy for appointment for myself. I have been using the Heysilky handset at home for 5 sessions and my hair growth reduction is remarkable. I think I'll be able to skip my in between shave this week!! Very happy with what I am seeing so far.

It works great so far

I started using it 6 weeks ago and I have used it weekly as directed, and so far my legs and arms are hair free. The rest is still in progress. Previously i paid for laser hair removal twice (over 10 sessions in my whole body) and it didn’t work, as I think I needed mor sessions but I couldn’t afford it. I noticed less hair but eventually it all grew back as normal. I love that I can use this handset as much as I want and whenever I want also and it never costs me any extra.

Happy again!

REVISED...thank you for clarification. Seems I missed the second page of instructions somehow (I’m usually very thorough when trying a new product and reading the instructions before use. So definitely my fault.)
Changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.
I did receive the unit in 11 days (Australia to Canada)!
Tried again and got it to work! Now to see the results after 12 weeks! Can’t wait!

1st - the glasses I ordered (pictured) were not the glasses sent. The ones sent folded up and looked nothing like the one in the picture.
2nd - they advertise it’s from Australia but it’s actually made in China, designed in Australia.
3rd - I just tried to do my first session and could not get the IPL to flash properly. I had it set for level 1 but I had a red/pink dot to the left of the one blue dot and thought it was a warm up signal so I waited and waited and waited for it to go out. It never went out so I tried clicking it to flash and it wouldn’t most times. I did get it to flash maybe 3 times in about an hour of trying.
4th - instructions never said how far away to hold it.
5th - I just looked up on their website and their 90 day money-back guarantee is only good if you email them back on the day you receive your product by putting “90 Day Money-Back Guarantee” in the subject line and leave the email blank. Who thinks to do that when you just received your product???

3. - The red blinking light, should serve as a sensor. When blinking, it is ready for the flash, when constant, the flash will not function. It may take a second in between each flash to register. Super quick hair re Easier than a razor!

Super quick hair removal. No risk of nicks or razor burn. After receiving the product has been used for a period of time, the effect is very good, I am satisfied.
