Recently started the process of buying a shared ownership home through Heylo and the it has been straightforward. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been polite and helpful. In particular, Natasha in Resales has been brilliant - friendly, professional and super efficient.
I regularly deal with leasehold and help to buy companies as part of my work and usually find them frustratingly slow and disjointed. Grateful my experience with Heylo has not been like that!

Speaking to someone in accounts is nothing but impossible. No response to emails or calls. Been trying to simply change my direct debit date. Paid additional payments which they did not lodge on my account. Should be in credit by a month but they are saying I am not. Proof of Bank statements given. Still unresolved! Awful customer services.

I’ve just started the resale process with Heylo and have needed some paperwork generated with urgency. Natasha has been absolutely fantastic this week and pulled out all the stops to help ensure that my buyer was approved quickly. I had a fantastic experience with Heylo Housing! The shared ownership process was smooth, transparent, and well-explained at every stage. The team was professional, supportive, and always available to answer my questions. They made the journey to homeownership so much easier and more affordable. I would highly recommend Heylo to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient shared ownership provider.

Heylo attend to emails after 1 day or 2. But their solicitors take forever getting things done. They also raise the prices to way above the ongoing rate. My house is going for around £1100/month but Heylo is trying to charge us £1700/month for this house. This is delaying our buy back process which has now been ongoing for around 3 months.

Until then they will keep getting the higher rates so it's almost like they're doing this on purpose. I'm not sure about doing business with them in future.

Ewan helped me massively with my experience with Heylo. I couldn’t fault anything from him whatsoever. He was very efficient and quick with his replies which was a massive help. If it wasn’t for his help I wouldn’t be in the position I am now having been successful in getting myself on the property ladder. Thanks again for all of your help and assistance!

Ewan @ Heylo did a professional job but unfortunately we didn’t proceed through the process due to other reasons not related to Heylo .

We encountered a few hiccups during the process, which were no fault of Heylo but rather due to other companies involved.

However, Rachel and Joshua were outstanding in resolving these issues quickly and efficiently. Joshua consistently delivered on his promises, ensuring everything was done as and when he said it would be. Rachel truly went above and beyond, helping us secure the property of our dreams.

We are incredibly grateful for their support and dedication throughout the journey.

I’ve recently just helped my disabled brother complete on a new flat with Heylo. The experience has been incredibly stressful ( due to other parties), but dealing with Rachel has been like a breathe of fresh air. I call her reliable Rachel because she always answers her phone, always responds quickly to emails and when she says she’s going to do something, she does it. I know she put a huge amount of time and effort into the process, constantly chasing people to get things done and I honestly don’t think it would have happened without her input.
