Just received the starter bundle of white loaf, and ultra seeded loaf. Had some toast with white, was really tasty. Haven’t had toast since Easter, so was a treat. I have made a sandwich for work with ultra seeded, and tried a cheeky bit of bread, so tasty. I have a subscription, and will definitely keep it going.

Exploding bowels, huge bloat and a bubbly gut and I've only been eating two slices a day for 3 days. Ordered bulk and think I'm gonna have to bin the rest. What a waste of money. They aren't even pleasant to eat.

I have been trying to stick to a keto diet but found I had been failing recently. I read about HeyLO! and having tried other keto breads I was apprehensive as to whether to go ahead and try Heylo! I am so glad I took the plunge and ordered a HelloHeyLO! bundle.

I haven't tried all the products yet as there are a lot of products in this bundle and only me on keto in my household, however, the breads can be frozen. The first item I tried was the Super Seeded bread because my craving for 'just a nice sandwich' was the reason for my interest in HeyLO! I was not disappointed, I made it with cold meats, mustard, salad and a deli cheese & onion filling. It was delicious and less carbs than the Hi-Lo bread I used to buy from Sainsbury's before they removed it from their shelves!

I have tried the Simply Seeds Flatbread crackers, they are lovely with some cheese spread and tomatoes. Today I have also tried the Caramel flavoured Granola which will be a game-changer as I have missed breakfast cereals too. I am looking forward to perhaps a bagel tomorrow. Next time I have a curry I will spread the flatbreads with garlic butter and warm them ready for dipping in - looking forward to that!

All-in-all these products may be expensive but they allow that element of freedom whilst on a low carb diet.

They constantly send emails offering discount codes, plus offering lower prices for their products. These discounts are not real, the latest one was 25% that didn’t work. I’ve tried to use the discount codes but they never work. Every time I try to order the bread, the discount never applies. £4.79 a loaf and even after the code, it remains £4.79 a loaf. I’d be more inclined to buy again if they told the truth and stopped pretending to offer discounts that are bogus.

Recently ordered 3no loaves from Heylo, on inspection 2no of them are mouldy!
I’ve contacted them to see what they say.
Check any item you receive from this company for mould!

Doesn't taste anything like bread.
It isn't nice at all, and expensive.

I bought Low-Carb Lighter White Rolls | 4 x 60g £4.39 x 1, Low-Carb Lighter White Sub Rolls | 4 x 60g £4.39 x 3 and Olina's Bakehouse Keto Flatbread | Pumpkin Seed £3.09 x 5. Olina is fine I've used it before. But, the other items, I can say that I've never eaten anything worse. I felt like I was eating pieces of cardboard. Forgive me, but I don't know how anyone can say that Lighter White Rolls and White Sub Rolls are edible. Maybe I got a bad batch, but I can't repeat the experience. I'm sorry. And just like that, almost 20 pounds went into the trash.

I am following the keto diet. And I was missing bread. This fills the gap. Not big slices (seeded bread) but filling enough.
A bit on the expensive side, but IMO it is worth it.

I have been using Heylo for some time now, I saw their advert and opted for the starter pack to get a taste for their range of goods.
I have T2 diabetes and Heylo's products have been a life saver, all the products are tasty, i generally freeze them on delivery and take them out as i need to.
None of the products have spiked me which means i can happily make a kebab and use a pizza base as a pitta and obviously pizzas without spiking which is great. The wraps are really tasty too, and can be used in many different ways.
Well worth a try if you are looking for Keto or just low carb to help manage blood spikes.

Whilst dieting I have 2 seeded sandwiches a day with either cheese and onion or tuna and sweetcorn fillers from local supermarkets and find them lovely filling meals which have included 300 ml of fresh soup.
Soup and 1 sandwhich at a time.

The product are good, but they are ridiculously expensive. I buy for my grandson who is insulin dependent diabetic. His parents couldn’t afford the products.

Not only are these bakery products low sugar/low carb, but they are also packed with more protein and fibre than others - even bread labelled high fibre!
Personally the bagels, crackers and super seeded bread are my faves!

Tried many low carb breads, these were probably the best, but not for me didn’t like the taste or texture

I have been on a low carb diet for 2 years now and have been able to lose a huge amount of weight and kept the weight off thanks to Heylo. I still get to eat bread, crackers and cereals without having to worry about a sugar spike. Love the products!

Love the seeded bread, the bagels and flatbread (they make lovely pizzas ). The wraps also make lovely quiche bases. Not cheap but as they taste so good does it matter?
