Worked with this firm in carrying out a home buyers report, and Andrew came to carryout a valuation. He did a very thorough job in ascertaining with his cladding department as to what the category would be for the main walls, and was diligent in carrying out the appropriate checks in advance and liaising with me through the process.

Daniel carried out a home report survey at my property and from start to finish it was hassle free and so thorough. He was polite, corteous and really took the time to carry out his inspection and then explain to me his findings in great detail. From the start the company have been in regular contact and were a pleasure to deal with.

Came out to do our home report and was that worried about getting sued for over valuing a property that they've actually undervalued ours by a good 5 or 10 thousand . Potentially very costly .Overly cautious. Avoid!

The online questionnaire needs some free text further information boxes. Several questions are not just binary answers but you can only answer yes or no...
