From my first contact right through to the completion of the valuation, it was dealt with in a professional manner at all times. Lynsey dealt with my initial enquiry and provided excellent advice. Poor research and valuation
The report was wrong as far as the type of property and the additional lock up which was in a communal area. It also, I believe, undervalued the property as two estate agents I asked to quote for the selling valued it at £10000-£15000 more than your home report.
