Engineer explained what to do next time prompt service today

If I could give a ZERO MY GOD I WOULD this company sent an email to my husband to tell us how they had up’d there game and how amazing the new customer service team now are …..
What a joke that email was i have paid way over the odds over £40 a month for someone to at least get back in touch with me when I fill in a contact form because there’s no way of getting hold of them any other way
ALL I WANT IS A SERVICE ON MY BOILER WHICH IVE BEEN PAYING FOR FOR YEARS
I WILL BE CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY SHOCKING

Been with HFB FOR 10 years no problem until January this year it’s taken till today to get a reply to my emails or phone calls. But managed to get through to a lovely woman call Trudie and she couldn’t do enough to sort out my problem thank you Trudie your a credit to the company .

We have been with this company over 10 years. They are fantastic.
We emailed out of hours and had a prompt response by early morning. A plumber has been and we now have heating again. The repair man was polite and courteous. Really professional. Thank you so much for all your help. We would highly recommend this company.

They’re on watchdog. Shocking don’t use

Bought a boiler from this company 9 years ago. Boiler keeps losing pressure so I have telephoned, left messages and emails but absolutely no response whatsoever. Cannot believe they can still be in business with such a terrible customer service

I wish I could give a zero review ! Exactly the same issues as many others. So much for a 365 day 24/7 service, as promised in their contract ! Even the website and voicemail message states only contactable Mon to Friday 9am to 11am and 3pm to 5pm !! Rarely reply to messages.
I had to chase them for months to get my last service done, then I had a boiler breakdown whilst awaiting overdue service, and only eventually managed to get hold of HFB because I still had a personal mobile number for the last engineer they used. He did me a favour and contacted them via a private number.
I have 2 years contract remaining and want to buy out because there is no credible reliable service. Ghey are ckearoy in breach of contract.The settlement figure they sent me has various add on charges , with no legal contractual standing, with nearly £600 of extras added to the fee shown in my original contract. They will not be getting this. I intend to pay the correct fees as listed in my contract not a penny more, and would gladly see them in court.

Avoid like the plague, I have a contract with them and they do not stick to it!! I've just had to pay for my own repair because they are so rubbish at responding!!! Sick of waiting so I'm sending them the bill.

Please do not use, use sub contractors that do not turn up, lie after lie. 20 plus days with no boiler, staff do nothing but lie … please do not waist your time or money in these cowboys masquerading as hero’s

Absolute useless company, impossible to get hold of, this time I've been trying to get an engineer to fix & service my boiler for 2 weeks and counting.
Last time it took over 4 months to book a service.

This company has really gone downhill for the last 4+ years. We used to be contacted every year to arrange a date for the annual service then they suddenly stopped. I had to get in contact with them to chase for servicing ever since. My boiler hasn’t been serviced since 2022 and that only happened after I realised it hadn’t been serviced in 2021 and got in touch with them. When the boiler stopped working last December and we had no heating or hot water it was a chore trying to get a response but eventually I managed to be told they couldn’t send anyone as they were extremely busy. We ended up solving the issue with the help of Google. I also asked for a service on the boiler as it hadn’t been serviced since Jan 2022 and was told I would be contacted with a date but no contact since. All attempts to get through have failed and all emails have received no answer. It’s ridiculous how this company can continue to take monthly payments but not provide any service to its customers, disgusting!

In line with the other reviews my experience is also awful. Hassle free boilers do not live up to what is stated in their contract. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. I had to get my boiler fixed externally and stuck in a contract with HFB. They don’t have any accountability.

Don't ever use this company, my boiler has been broken down for a month and still no engineer, no one answers the phones or emails, the company is a complete scam!

Do not use this company avoid at all costs we have had no heating or hot water for a month. They do not ever answer the phone and hardly ever reply to emails.
I don't know how they are allowed to trade, we are in the process of suing I had to pay over £300 to get my boiler fixed, as they don't reply to emails or phone calls.

Worst service company ever.

This company is indicative of the British service industry, but this company takes the biscuit. Very quick to take your cash and very slow to react to issues. If anyone is seeking to use them I suggest you don't as you will be wasting your time. Crap as an organisation and personnel.

Dont use this company our boiler keeps loosing pressure {on going issue for 4 months} . Despite 3 visits fron engineers it as still not been fixed and nobody will answer any emails about this , decided now to get it fixed externally so stopped all future payments

Since installing rhe boiler this company have been abysmal. The Installation wasn't problem free. Since them they have been awful ... cannot get hold of them via email, telephone , messages nothing to book a yearly service in. No ones answers or gets back to you . It's disgraceful!! They quick enough taking the money each month though . I wish i had never gone with them ans read the reviews first .
Any potential new customers look else where steer clear !!!!
