Appalling customers service. I cannot get hold of anyone left multiple messages and emails my carbon monoxide alarm was going off so had no heating or hot water as had to switch off the boiler and they didn’t care. Haven’t had a service in 2 years ! Do not touch them - awful company worst I’ve ever dealt with.
Absolutely disgraceful company
Absolutely disgraceful company we have a 7 week old baby in the house and a boiler which is not working properly and after weeks of calling and having to pay for some work ourselves even though it should be covered we finally get someone on the phone to explain the issue to be told they will have to arrange a engineer to come out and still nothing!! Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!!

Had not hot water and heating since December they were supposed to send engineer out on the 23rd December and did not show up I have emailed them 10 times and numerous phone calls and they still have not responded we have been paying them direct debit for the last 10 years very poor service they should be shut down

This is the worst company that we have ever had to deal with! They do not answer phones or reply to emails. We have had a boiler with them for 7 years under one of their schemes where we pay monthly for boiler servicing and repair. We have now not had hot water since mid November , we have 3 children living at the house who have not been able to wash in hot water since November, it is now the middle of January. We have sent countless emails to them asking for them to come and fix the problem they all go ignored, We have even contacted the CEO!! Guess what ignored! We are unable to even get an alternative plumber to fix the boiler as we are tied into a contract with hassle free boilers ( the irony of that name) At this stage we are at out whit's end and simply do not know what do do. We cannot express strongly enough how poor the customer service is with this company. Do not use for anything associated with your boiler !!!!!! I phoned an alternative boiler company this morning who offer the same service, they answered the phone instantly were extremely helpful and horrified at the poor service we are experiencing form Hassle free boilers. Oh how I wish I have not gone with Hassle free boilers ! 4 weeks with no water and they simply ignore the emails and calls!!!!!!
Shockingly poor aftersales
Shockingly poor aftersales and emergency cover. Phoneline has very limited opening hours and e-mail responses are hit and miss.
Initial service was efficient and great. I'd pray that your boiler doesn't get a problem, but that will not happen. Boilers, area valves, existing pipes, and much more can and will go wrong over the course of your agreement with HFB.
They are not hassle free. I wonder whether their name is in breech of the Trades Description Act?
Fraud
Hassle free boilers are now known as Koze Group. I pay our direct debit to Ecovision who dissolved the business in December 24. I’ve cancelled our Direct Debit and we are looking for support elsewhere, will try to recoup money paid to HFB via their other business.

I have reported that my boiler is leaking
I have reported that my boiler is leaking. They have tried to arange with Valliant team for engineer visit, Valliant team said I would have to pay for the repair and when I explained that I am with Hasslefreeboilers and with a plan I should not be paying anything. I have to be back and forts with the 2 companies. I was never able to speak to someone even trying different options. They have replied to my emails 3 x but then from Tuesday I have not had any response. Now you cant even acces their website. My boiler is still leaking and waiting to be repaired. They should have been servicing my boiler yearly with my plan but only serviced it once and this is when I reported a fault in 2017. Very very disappointed with their service.

They have fallen apart and now do not repair or service. Their phone is never answered despite a recorded message giving the hours open. They owe me money for me having to get GSC, services and repairs carried out. It has got to getting legal advice time or small claims court.

Once again I have to write a negative report, after phoning (they never answer) filling in a report form (never responded) hassle free boilers should be done under the trade description act, my boiler needs servicing last year we were without hot water or heating

Appalling company. They simply don't keep to their promised service. They don't answer their phones. They don't answer emails. They take your money and ignore you. Worst company I have ever encountered. AVOID
Awful customer service
Awful customer service, I pay monthly for my boiler which should include a yearly service but despite numerous emails I waited 10 months for a service and by that time my boiler had broken down! Eventually they fixed it but found other faults, this was in September yet I am still waiting for someone to come out and fix the other issues! Absolutely useless yet still expect my monthly payment!
Dodged a bullet
Seems I was saved by the fact you can’t get in touch with this cowboy outfit. Thank goodness it wasn’t urgent. Couldn’t get through and no email back. Years ago these were ok then it all changed and so it seems after reading reviews. So it never got started with this lot and should be the same for whoever reads this. Beware.
Don’t even think about it
I feel I was mis- sold this product. I didn’t take on board the consequences so here I am no heat or hot water for one of my tenants already 8 days since I contacted the 24 hr service who can’t come for another week.
I have now paid over 10,000 and still don’t own the 2 boilers unfortunately still expected to pay
Ombudsman and Trading Standards notified.

What joy to have a debt company chasing me for stopping my DD. I notice that the company, Credit Style, sells lists of emails .
I have told them that I look forward to a day in court -should be fun! Just working out how many 1000s HF owe me for failing to service and provide annual certificates.The best I could find for this was 150.00per boiler.plus the corgi engineers that I had to pay to do the job HF hadn't.

This company is supposed to service and maintain my tenants boilers under contract ,you can’t get hold of them for service and repairs .Had enough reporting
2 weeks without heat, now silence
They recently left me 2 weeks without hot water or heating with 4 disabled children and during temperatures of nearly freezing outdoors. They are very aware that I am a full time carer and I was in contact with them regularly via email trying to get updates. They kept blaming the engineers saying they were waiting for a date, however the engineer company said they were waiting on the payment of the callout fee from HFB. The worst thing is that the breakdown was due to the engineer rushing the annual service and leaving part of the system leaking into my boiler causing the whole electrical circuit to short. They have been very slow every year to turn up for the service and I was pleased that this year they were quick to respond. The engineer who then had to come and fix the boiler in the end has now basically condemned it as it was not installed correctly in the first place. This is something that has been flagged more than once as a potential danger to HFB, but he has said it is a no go and has to be changed. I am now running with a boiler that should not be on and HFB are refusing to reply to my emails. They are not doing anything about the damage to my home and my family's health during the time without heat or hot water and are not sending an engineer to sort the condemned boiler. It is their installation fault and I am still on contract with them
