I ordered made to measure curtains for our lounge and after ordering I was quite nervous reading these reviews. I must say, credit where it’s due, the curtains arrived today exactly as ordered and well within the timeframe they are perfect and they look beautiful.

Like many others, I ordered 2 lampshades over 2 weeks ago and got the confirmation email with no sign of the products yet. I have called the shop twice and the lady working there has no contact details other than the same info email address and I have chased up via email with no response

If I don’t receive the goods in the next 7 days I will be taking this further. £80 of money has been essentially robbed at this point with no product or promise of product received.

Ordered two William Morris lamp shades when they were delivered they did not match it looked like they were cutting the pattern to save money .I sent them back at a cost of over £7
Emailed many times no reply , I think a solicitor is the next move I cannot afford to lose that money being a pensioner .

I’d placed my order and then after my confirmation was a good week before I heard anything else. I’d looked here for reviews and then was quite nervous that I’d made a mistake ordering here. However, I got a dispatch email shortly after and within 2 days my order arrived and I love it. The cushion is lovely and has really finished off our living room perfectly. Very pleased overall!

Didn't turn up and didn't recieve a response or a refund.

I placed an order on the 15th January for 2 lampshades. Delivery says 3-5 days. We are now a week and a day on and still nothing. I have emailed them twice and was ignored. I called them this morning to ask about my order and they said it would definitely be despatched today via Royal Mail. Guess what? Nothing to says it has been despatched. Extremely angry I didn’t check the reviews before purchasing. I will be calling again tomorrow asking them to cancel the order. Shocking!

I placed an order for a pair of curtains at the beginning of December. Delivery was 3-4 weeks. I've requested an update via email 3 times and called 10 times and had no response. These were not cheap either. Very poor customer service.

Fantastic service from Harrison Cropper (made to measure curtains). Very helpful with customer service and wonderful product. Stitched very well. I will be ordering some more curtains from them as soon as I have measured up. Janet

Definitely should have looked here before ordering from this shop. Customer service is terrible and when they do decide to answer you it's usually lies. I wouldn't mind if they kept you updated instead of just ignoring you. Sending offers for your second order when you haven't received your first. Avoid.

Received my pillows and the piping is different to the image provided. I was told that their professional photos haven’t arrived yet and that the piping “isn’t much of a difference” nor did the description state ‘contrast piping’… even though the images CLEARLY do not match what I received. I was given a 10% refund or to return them at my own cost and get a refund. The pillows are also awfully FLAT!!! I would imagine if I split the pillows open I’d find a handful of feathers inside. Avoid this company!

I see I am not alone in not receiving my order. It took them ages to despatch it via the Post Office. It was supposed to have been delivered to my local post office who knew nothing about it. That is not their fault. What really annoyed me was emailing them to see what they were planning to do for me, and that email was ignored. I phoned today requesting a refund, and to be fair, the girl was polite and promised to try to sort it.

I'm still waiting for my order. Placed on 15/9, when money was taken. No response to numerous emails. Dreadful service.

For now am leaving 1 star but with the chance to redeem themselves.

Ordered a pillowcase 16th Sep, so 10 days ago (or 8 working days). Hasn't arrived, no courier update, and I've now emailed the company a second time to try and get an update on where my delivery is.

Will amend my review if this is all resolved but now seeing other reviews I'm very concerned. I always check the returns policy before buying from somewhere - should remember to always check trustpilot in future too!

Lack of communication, been chasing my order for 6 weeks. Now being told I need to pay an extra £221 to receive it.
Email being ignored. AVOID!

Product exactly as shown, beautiful lampshade. Paid with PayPal, old address was on the account. Sent an email to correct this late at night, responded by 9 am next morning and changed delivery address. Arrived within time stated. Can't say any more really. Very good experience and high quality product. Will use again.

I was weary placing my order after reading the reviews here, so used paypal for payment. I received my order within the week, it was well packaged and delivered. I received email confirmations on placing, despatch and delivery of my order.
It looked exactly like the advertised product. Thumbs up from me.

I recently purchased a shade for a table lamp. It arrived quickly and was well packed. I was so pleased with my purchase that I then bought a smaller version of it. I would be happy to use this company again

I'm confused with this company.

Clearly they're legitimate as they have a high street presence, yet my experience of online ordering left me very frustrated.

I sent a polite email four days after the order was placed as it hadn't been processed. Three days later, they still hadn't responded.

I looked at their reviews and became concerned. I then sent an email to all three email addresses I managed to find and gave them 48 hours to respond if they wished to avoid me invloving my bank for goods not delivered.

It was processed the following day but no response via email at all.

I'll not use this company again which is a shame as they seem to have some lovely things.

Still waiting for my order (ordered on the 24th May and money taken) today is 1st June. No response to my email sent over 2 days ago enquiring when this would be. Previously I used them no problems but disappointed regarding their lack of communication this time. Hence one star so far!

To be honest if I’d read the reviews before I placed my order, I probably wouldn’t have ordered anything. My parcel arrived today. Everything was well packed & the order is complete. The items are as advertised. You can’t get better than that. Thank you!
