Incorrect item sent and expected me to pay return postage…
Incorrect item sent and when contacted offered to send correct item only when I returned the wrong item. At my expense, even though their error.
Avoid !!!!

Then told “having trouble getting fabric” previously told they were in the process of being made🙄 finally requested and received a full refund on the 15th Jan. Definitely would not recommend

Pleased with my experience with this company
Ordered table runner on their website on 7th January. Then I saw the reviews online and I was concerned as to whether I would actually receive it and when. I emailed to enquire when I might expect it. I hadn't realised the item i had ordered was being made and had assumed it was an off the shelf item. Kate responded to my email quickly explaining that it was being made and would be with me by 15th Jan. Infact it arrived today (13th) so no issues with any delays. The item is well made and as described, I'm very pleased with it and glad I placed my order. Hope this provides reassurance to others.

I've still not received my order that was placed a month ago now. No one is replying to my emails, nor picking up the phone. Terrible service!

AVOID this company. I’ve been waiting for cushions since 18/11. Very little communication from Kate, I’ve asked for a refund, will see how I get on before taking further action.

Appalling. Avoid avoid avoid. I ordered 2 lampshades which were not the correct colour and returned them (returns are at customer cost). I have photographic proof of return via Royal Mail. I have sent emails to Harrison Cropper with return evidence, with no reply. I have contacted them via their website about it, without a reply. I have called and left voicemail messages with my contact details, without a reply. The return was in August and it is now December and I still do not have a refund or the courtesy of a reply. This is disgusting customer service and I would strongly dissuade anyone from using Harrison Cropper.

No way of contacting and ultimately receiving a response or resolution. When I contacted to change the delivery address I was assured it would be updated and shipped. Since then I've sent four separate emails to get a VAT invoice and had no reply, and there is no phone number to follow up a lack of response. Avoid.

Still waiting for a William Morris cushion, I will never order anything else ever again from these thieves or any other nobody company. Stick to known companies people, such a rip off world and this company is a prime example!
You won't get a refund so don't try!!
UPDATE: Refund finally received after going legal.
Do not be deceived into sending an item back for a refund. I returned a faulty shade (kept ungluing) having had an email from Kate agreeing to refund cost on receipt. I paid for the postage back and they received the shade on 26th August. Since then, all my emails are ignored and no refund has been received. Shameful. Worryingly, Harrison Cropper's own website has an amazing 4.8 positive review. Draw your own conclusion between the TrustPilot score and the website score. I wrote a similarly poor review at their request which strangely has not been published!!!

Unfortunately this company have had to close their shop in Garstang.
Even more unfortunately, they haven't changed their website, so anyone would think that it's still there and trading.
Their telephone number no longer works.
Having driven an hour and a half to visit the store, only to find that they closed it six months ago, is very poor business practice.

Ordered a lamp shade and paid for 3-5 day delivery. Still no item since ordering on 1st August, now the 15th.
Delivery email came through a week in on 7th, appalling service and the tracking number by Royal Mail doesn’t even work. Surely scammers I just don’t know.

Don't expect a refund
I wrote a review on here for this company in April saying how pleased I was with their products and how well made they were, I've since deleted it as I've contacted them numerous times about a refund they owe me with absolutely no response even though they can find the time to bombard me with messages asking me to review my product! I also have an order I'd like to return but I doubt very much I would get a refund. This is the sort of dreadful customer service I abhor. You owe me money, ive sent you numerous messages which you've ignored. Its basically theft. Sort yourselves out Harrison Cropper you're not doing yourselves any favours. I won't be ordering from you again.

Do not order from here!
I ordered 2 cushion covers on 16th March and delivery timescales on the website and order stated 3-5 working days. It took 14 working days for them to come and I received no communication from the store at all. These are expensive items and despite emailing, calling and leaving a voicemail and messaging them through their website no response was received.
The cushion covers are gorgeous but they are not worth the absolute stress of thinking you’ve been scammed out of nearly £100 so it’s a 1 star for me.
