Disappointing. Ordered flag pole kit. Gold finial did not fit pole properly. Complained another finial sent, this did not fit either. Raised several points by email, these were ignored but a refund was offered.
Can’t understand why they didn’t sort out problem. Couldn’t be bothered. Best avoided

The flag cost including extra for edge protection to prevent ripping on the outer edge. It was up for just two short summers, 11 months total and disintegrated. They refused a refund as it had been used for nearly a year. This was the second flag I had problems with the first faded and was replaced. Lesson learnt. This was about a year ago only just remembered when I came across a photo of the shredded flag.

I have ordered bunting for the 75 Yr VE Day to find out this was delivered to another address..... My name my phone number other address-
I find this most worrying due to data protection.

Spoke to them on the phone and they said this was all to do with DPD, once I spoke to them on the phone they said this was nothing to do with them and it was all Hampshire Flag company’s fault.

Very unhappy after the 'Sewn National Flag' that we bought for £75 faded within a few months and after only 12 months the flag is a faded embarrassment. I called their sales team to ask about a warranty replacement and was told that there is no warranty as 'flags are a perishable item and generally last only 6-10 months' before replacement is necessary! A cop out if ever there was one and judging from the number of complaints about the Hampshire Flag Company on the internet I am not alone. My advice is that you stay very far away from this rip off company...

We ordered a double-sided feather flag. Processing was smooth, the proof looked good and contained the Pantone reference we specified. When we received the flag, the zip for the carrying bag was broken. The colour of the flag was also very faded - our corporate red is a strong red and the flag displays as pink. When I first contacted the company I was told that we would receive a replacement bag and was asked to provide colour samples to compare to the flag. I did all that and because the company did not get back to me, had to follow up several times. After some back and forward, the bag was replaced several weeks later. We were offered a 20% discount to reprint the flag (which we did not do).but the company maintained that they had printed the Pantone colour correctly and that it was due to the material that the colour is not per the proof. If that is so, we should have been notified that it was not possible to accurately reproduce the Pantone colour. We are now stuck with a flag that is not fit for purpose and will order from another supplier. We will not order from this company again and I would certainly not recommend it to anyone else.

Excellent product range and good service. Only complaint is that they use super large inglefield clips on small size flags. Inglefield clips come in many sizes and it would be great if clip size was in proportion to the flag.

I ordered two 6m glass fibre flagpoles, both with gold onion finials. The flagpoles were delivered in long square cardboard packaging and I stored those. The finials were delivered in a battered cardboard box. Unfortunately I did not unpack the poles and finials at time of delivery. Therefore I didn't realise that one flagpole had some paintwork damage and that one finial had a hole on one side. Hampshire flag were not willing to replace either so I am repainting the damaged flagpole area myself and have had to order and pay for a replacement finial from them. If you are ordering from Hampshire Flag I strongly recommend that you make the delivery driver wait while you unpack and inspect the delivered items before signing off the delivery.

They gave me exactly what I wanted and th quality of the product was better than I expected it to be. It was a very competitive price too. I know where to come if I need flags for anything. Staff were courteous and obliging.

Terrible and really unprofessional customer service. Was promised delivery on a certain date if artwork was provided on time. Provided artwork as agreed, left multiple messages before managing to speak to a member of the team before being told they could no longer meet the delivery date.

They did try to move some jobs around but again, the chasing and poor excuse for why the job could no longer be fulfilled (because 'orders come in all the time and things have to be moved around') is unacceptable and really unprofessional.

As an agency we rely on the support and professionalism of our suppliers and this isn't a supplier that we will be using again as we have had to let a client down based on our experience with them.
