I've been using Hampshire Flag for a long time now, mainly because they are so quick, efficient and easy to deal with. Plus, the products I've ordered over the years have been top quality. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for fast and friendly service.

We were very pleased with the product and thevery quick delivery. However, we were disappointed that the Isle of Wight is subject to very expensive delivery costs. The gentlemen I spoke to kindly agreed to post the item rather than use their normal delivery company which helped considerably. A reliable, helpful Company to deal with.

The whole process was extremely well handled by David Riddell. He provided expert guidance and reassurance that the flag size and quality that I wanted was suitable and fitting.

The promised delivery date was met on time.

All round, excellent service.

Brilliant service. Super fast and reliable and helped achieve a really tight deadline for a funeral.

Bought the printed 1 yard flag and cannot believe how good it is. Delivery was superb and very timely. Perfection.

Bought 2 sets of branded cafe signs and 4 poles. Nearly £500. 3 out of the 4 are within weeks floppy with the bolt not connecting. In total I had the street caretaker and 4 handymen/building look at them and none could get them to tighten. I waas told to send pictures and from the bolt they could tell 'they hand not been installed properly!!!!!! so it's our fault and the solution is for me to return these heavy items at my cost. It's may own fault, from reading the trust pilot reviews now this is the first place I should have come to see other peoples reviews which in most are so poor! Thanks Rod!!

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a 10m flagpole 5 weeks ago and still have not received. The delivery was to an unmanned site and I made this clear from the first communication that I needed a rough time and date so I can have someone available to take delivery.
Attempted to deliver on Monday 25th July at 4.45pm with no communication. Now I have been charged for an aborted delivery and they will not redeliver without this being paid.
Diabolical customer service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Go to Flagpole Express which I have done without any issues.

If there is a problem with finished article, even of their making, the customer feels as if they are making an imposition by asking that mistakes should be rectified. And, there is no especial effort on their part to pursue such work.

If you want something off the shelf then probably no problem but, custom work seems to overtax their abilities.

First of all, I didn´t get any automatic order confirmation after placing my order.
Second, there are no way to log in to my account and see the order.
Third, mail response time is to long, and this is with easy questions.
Fourth, I didn´t get any tracking no, so I could follow my order.
Fifth, when I first asked about tracking no I get confusing answers that there aren´t any.
Sixth, when I finally pick up the order, the product are missing and all I get is 3 copies of the invoice and a customs declaration. All wrapped in a plastic bag from Royal mail.
Seventh, when I complain and ask them to resend the order, I get a choice of refund or paying 3 times the value of the product for a new transport.

I couldn't recommend this company more - from the moment of enquiry, everyone was always so prompt and quick to reply. Delivery was quick and on schedule. Assisted and helped with recommendations on what sizing would suit best (recommended me cheaper options than I thought we needed!). The flag has arrived and it is of such high quality - 10/10 from me and I would certainly use this company again.

Had a bespoke flag made and branded. The flag started to rip within a year . Sent it back and was charged to repair it . No goodwill gesture. Blamed us for flying the flag in poor weather . Surely if it’s not windy the flag won’t fly . Three months after the repair the flag has completely disintegrated. Not fit for purpose. An ornamental flag at best . Won’t be using them again.
