Can't believe this company is allowed to operate after so many reviews
I have been scammed! Gutted so near to Xmas Hopefully can get a refund from bank...

Everyone it’s been scammed by this company and yet there website is still on! I’ve experienced the same fate of everyone else, maybe it would be wiser to make a complaint to: actionfraud.police.uk as well as writing reviews. We need to stop this crooks!

Scam do not use this company you will lose your money

This company is a SCAM!! Same ownership as NAPOLEANFLOORS. Just try the phone number, nobody answers, got an email saying sent to wrong address. Contacted credit card will show all details on emails, message boards and phone calls and will get the money back as before. Please do not use this company!!! SCAM WARNING

One star is one to many. Been caught out with a similar scenario to others with an iPad being delivered to another part of the country. I also agree that a block should be put on this company. I’ve been told that as we approved payment on the banking app that we won’t get a refund that way but may for non delivery of goods. How are they allowed to trade and get away with it!

Same as all other reviews, no goods, delivered to wrong part of country and a free toaster (random!)
Got full refund from Amex so not worried, but can’t see their angle, how do they gain from defrauding they don’t get money from the credit card company for weeks by that time they’ve been rumbled

Ordered a 4k blu ray player on the run up to back Friday. Paid on my debit card. Price seemed great as they were offering an additional discount off the cost of the product meaning they were at least £85 cheaper than other online companies . Received a confirmation email after placing the order saying that the order would be delivered a week later. Well the delivery date has come and gone and received nothing not even an email explaining the delay from this bunch of shysters !! I am normally switched on to when ordering from companies that I haven't dealt with before but didn't realise this company is a total scam until I read the reviews on trust pilot. Contacted the online fraud dept at my bank First Direct who immediately refunded me in total through the charge back scheme. They are now investigating this so hopefully this site is taken off Google before more unsuspecting victims have their hard earned money taken off them. The owner of this company should be jailed!!

SCAM! please avoid. I stupidly did not read up before spending £400 on a new tv. Twice it’s been delivered to an English address, twice I’ve received an email saying I’ll get a free toaster/slow cooker. I raised a refund request and surprisingly no refund. Went to John Lewis in the end and paid a bit more for peace of mind

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not reading the reviews on Trustpilot and every single thing they have said, right down to the claim that the item, which was due to be delivered today, was delivered to another address.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A SCAMMERS.

Scam company. Beware. Take your money. Don't deliver. Don't refund. Worst of all; they string you along replying to emails about delayed delivery or incorrect delivery addresses etc.

SCAM SCAM SCAM … avoid this company, they are fraudsters. I ordered a PS5 for Christmas for my son and now I am out of pocket like many other people who have been in the same situation using this company. Order was despatched, then went to Aberdeen, re sent out along with a “free” gift and a good will gesture of £44.99 cash back. The land line is dead, live chat is exactly the same and it’s very frustrating. Emailed them numerous times , in which I did get intermittent replies but when quizzed about an alternative number to call and there been no customer service they replied “the lines are fully working and will speak to phone support and raise a ticket and someone will phone within 24/48hrs” …. Nothing. Got in touch with the NatWest and that’s now becoming a nightmare- needing evidence, emails, company details etc. I have never spent some much time (both while at work and home) and all the effort contacting people including trading standards and it’s all still going on. I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before placing this order !!! SCAM

Scam please do not buy from these I have been waiting for a TV from them and twice they have “delivered to the wrong address”

I got the same as everyone else here. My fridge freezer was delivered to the wrong address which was 9mayhall avenue, East Morton, Keighley, West Yorkshire BD20 5WF
This company is scamming everyone left right and centre. How are they still allowed to do this. I’ve had to cancel my dads bank cards and hopefully try and get the money back

Unfortunately we are now another victim of this bogus company !! We read trust pilot reviews too late to stop payment through our bank. If anyone has any suggestions for reporting and stopping this company trading We would be very grateful. We've reported it to Google but no joy there. TIA..

Yes I also have been scammed, ordered a tv and yes you guessed it, they said firstly I wasn’t in, then they said delivered to wrong address. No contact now. So will be reporting them to fraud team.

Total scam, thankfully paid by credit card so can recover the money.

On Companies House website it says the company dissolved in October so should not be trading now. Sadly too late for me.

SCAM. Taught a very valuable lesson ALWAYS READ TRUST PILOT REVIEWS. Feel an absolute idiot. Been on with my banks fraud team had to cancel card as they set it up as a reoccurring withdrawal. Got an awful feeling i will not get my money back £460 for a tv. How do these ppl sleep at night. This will ruin xmas and beyond for us. DONT FALL FOR IT
