Ordered a Sony wireless surround system, which was due to be delivered with 7-10 days. I then got an email on the evening of delivery saying it had been mistakenly delivered to a different address - in a completely different part of England - and would I like a free toaster as compensation! Having googled this company, it seems this is very familar scenario and they don't actually have any of these goods!

ANOTHER UPDATE.
Unbelievable! I had a response to the case I raised with Police Action Fraud. Gist as follows:
"On this occasion, based on the information currently available, it has not been possible to identify a line of enquiry which a law enforcement organisation in the United Kingdom could pursue."

So these b*stards (and no doubt many more like them) will be laughing and getting away with their scams as the body set up to deal with them doesn't seem to want to.

I too wish I had done some research on this so-called company before placing my order. The usual modus operandi followed.
I raised a dispute with my bank (Lloyds) and the money was returned to my account within a couple of hours, no questions asked. Wouldn't surprise me if they've encountered this lot before.
I also raised a complaint with Google Ads about them, and with Trading Standards - though I'd imagine they'll be so under-resourced nothing will happen.
However, if everyone who's been on the wrong end of these shysters also raised it with trading standards it may get some action?

Same here , also reported to action fraud , would advise all to do the same . As the more that do the more chance action will be taken

Ordered a Camara Black Friday deal got a message to say it was delivered to another address and I was offered a gift the same as others on here. Tried calling the number doesn’t work live chat just times out. No reply to emails scam stay away

Ordered a TV which was a lot cheaper than the others I'd seen. I stupidly bought it without checking the dreadful reviews that are out there. No responses to my emails and the delivery date was today. Fortunately, i used my credit card.
Company was set up in 2021 by someone who lives at 16 olanyian drive manchester m8 8yu called ARMAN, Hamid.

I was scammed exactly like the rest of the customers ..

Why are they still on the Web. Google should compensate all of us and have these evil people jailed

Sorry it’s exactly the same with us. Ordered the microwave paid on a credit card, supposed to have been delivered a week ago, sent to the wrong address etc, etc, etc.
Ovens gone wrong, and no microwave just before Christmas.

This company is a scam - they will pretend to have delivered to the wrong address twice, and offer a new delivery date. They will also confirm that they'll refund you, but guess what...they don't.

2 k worth of kitchen products oven microwave and gas hob. All not turned up.

I ordered from this company and never received the item. As others I was told it had been delivered to another address, twice!! Can’t contact them by phone. Online refund form doesn’t work. I think I’ve also been scammed. I due a delivery tomorrow. The order is still showing as processing and I have not received any delivery information. I’ve tried to get confirmation that the delivery will take place. Their phone number doesn’t work. Their chat bot doesn’t work. I’ve no confidence that I’ll receive the delivery. I’ve already spoken to my bank who can organise a pay back, to claim my money back. Next stop trading standard.

Update. I’ve reported them to Action Fraud and contacted Google to ask them to stop running ads/block them from their search engine (they will if enough people complain). Others need to do the same to stop this happening

Update 2. I’ve just received the standard ‘we delivered to the wrong address’ email. They’ve asked me to provide my card details so they can give me a £48 refund as an apology. Obvs not going to provide my card details. Yeh! I’ve also been offered a toaster.

Agree with all the statements already written. Complete scam. Had two different emails now for the same order saying delivered to wrong address and offering a free gift as componsation. Reported to credit card company but clearly a scam as everyone is having the exact same experience

Frightening to see so many experiences EXACTLY the same as mine. Ordered and paid online, seemed legit enough, received email to say, surprise surprise, delivered to wrong address and free gift to apologise. Second attempt at delivery and again, surprise surprise, delivered AGAIN to wrong address! First time in my life I've been scammed. Have raised this with my bank so hopefully I can recover my funds. Shameful Google for having this site in your searches! And shame on the charlatans who are thieving from the consumers!

Good price for a double oven with Black Friday discount so as it was only 15mins down the road, I went to have a look. Unsurprisingly, it wasn’t there so don’t be fooled by the picture of the shop front as the address is an industrial unit and it simply doesn’t exist.
