On due delivery date received email saying delivered to wrong address. No responce to all forms of contact. Refund requested from card company. Why have local trading standards and card companies not taken action?

I to have been taken in by this fake company. I honestly believed this company was genuine but after no contact & failed delivery of my order I contacted my bank & they're on the case. It now seems like he's applied for DS01 for the company to be struck off.

I ordered two Bosch ovens on the 17th November from HA appliances. I was told I would receive these on 30th November.
I then received an email to say they had been delivered to yorkshire, when I live in Surrey.
They offered me £45 compensation, which I never received. Again I received another email to say they’d again been delivered to the wrong address.
After 5 emails to them I’ve received no reply. The contact number for the company is invalid. This company is registered to spain. This is not a uk company. The company clearly is a scam BEWARE. How has this company not been investigated. I have contacted the NCSC to report this SCAM.

Information available on Companies House. Company created 16th Feb 2021, won’t disclose owner name but can easily be found. Hope everyone gets their money back.

was due to have a TV delivered today. Received email saying delivered to wrong address and they’re going to put a free toaster worth £44.99 in with my new delivery next week. Stringing it out I guess. Reported to fraud team at my bank. DO NOT USE

Can't believe I fell for this. Delivered to the other side of the country so they said and have given the same options as others of a toaster or partial refund. Stay clear of this one.

Omg cant believe the amount of reviews with the same story. Ordered a PS5 and got an email saying it was sent to the wrong address & that they will resend my item with a free toaster, what a load of S**T! Has anyone reported this to their bank n recieved their money back from the bank?? Makes me so angry that they do this to people weeks before xmas.

was told delivery would be today, nothing arrived but an email saying delivery to wrong address. Now in contact with my bank to get this refunded, wished i had looked at the reviews before but website looked legit. Hamid Arman is the owner, police have been called and reported for fraud... good luck continuing to scam people

Please avoid this company completely Fake, item delivered to another address is their default setting. Defrauded me £377 for a ps5 believing is cheap on a black Friday. Like everyone else. Avoid them.

Same scenario as everybody else on here ordered a laptop for Christmas present for my daughter, day of delivery email saying it had been delivered to wrong address will be sent back out and would I like a free toaster worth 44.99 scammers please avoid I have raised issue with my banks fraud team hopefully get my money back

Same as all the others. Delivered to the wrong address but they'll send me a toaster! Can't get in contact with anyone. Now just hoping my bank will get the money back. Was a £300+ purchase (and a gift!)

Unfortunately same as everyone one else, day due to deliver you receive an email telling you it went to the wrong address and you can have a free toaster! Just to string out as long as they can! Paid on credit card so the scammers won’t get a penny! Scumbag company and Scumbag scammers!

Absolute Crooks! - 1 star is too many. They denied receiving my online payment via their website. HSBC had to intervene to get my money back. Scammers!
